    Absolutely disgusting! The company sent my Xmas gifts to wrong address. After 3 phone calls the China based customer service said they would route then to correct address. Guess where they sent them! Back to macys! Now these items are sold out and I have to deal with last minute nonsense!     I paid the extra $10 to make shipping faster. One hour after I ordered the Christmas gift I noticed it was shipping on 12/26. I called to cancel and they said it is "too late" because it has been processed. What?!?! It's processed and going to sit until 12/26 before someone physically grabs the package and I CANNOT cancel. Buyer beware! Terrible customer service. I ordered same product from Amazon for $40 less and being delivered on 12/24. This is how companies go out of business! No cancellation policies because it’s processing. I’m not sure how long process processing takes for most companies but six days seems extensive.     Macy's does not care about the customer at all. A package is lost and they will not help. Keep telling me to comeback 24 hours and it will be delivered. You can tell that the package is lost but keep giving me the same answer. I have had problems with other companies and they solve the issue right then and there.     If you want an item on stock to be delivered in a timely manner, DO NOT ORDER online from Macy's! Placed an order a week ago. The item was in stock. It's been a week and it is still in the processing stage. I contacted Macy,s. After being on hold for 20 minutes all they said is that I would need to wait for at least another 10-12 days!     The Women's Shoes department at Cross County shopping mall has no heat. The employees are wearing their jackets and winter accessories while they are on the selling floor. I overheard the employees complaining that managers are not addressing their concerns. This has been happening since Thursday January 25th. Today is Sunday January 28th and it is still cold in the department. Management needs to address this immediately to protect their employees.
    The first time we tried to get them to honor their warranty on a mattress, they flatly refused. There was a small stain on it. I do not know why this would matter unless they intend to reuse the worn-out old mattresses. The second time, it took months to get them to honor the warranty, and they replaced it with a worn-out, used mattress! I could hardly believe this! We took the "hit" of a restocking fee to return it, and will never buy a bed, or anything from them, ever again!
    I purchased a set of blush (pink) Silk pillow cases as a Valentine's gift. The delivery was scheduled for February 14th, but later changed to February 15th. When they arrived, the "bonus" pillows were NOT included. A call to customer service was initiated, to which the agent stated no such bonus was applicable.     My name is Andrey, and I made an online order for some cologne last Friday and Saturday. I get an email that they canceled my order so I called customer service and they said there was an issue with the address. We are sorry the money isn't gonna go back on your account yet which was $175 but we can re-order it for you so I had them re-order it. Which took out another $175 and then the next day they canceled the order again because they weren't able to deliver it the same day. Which is stupid and doesn't matter to me even if they delivered it later, so I called customer service again. They said we're so sorry there's nothing we can do. The money isn't gonna be on your account right away, but we can order it again. So at this point they took out $350 and haven't fully returned anything or giving me my cologne so I told them to put in the order again. And at this point, I am already speaking to a supervisor because the representative was super disrespectful, kept speaking over me and then ended up hanging up on me and when I ask for her information, I'm pretty sure she gave me a fake name and said her name was Barbara but no last name no ID. Nothing. And until I started getting upset only then she tried to give me a 25% discount even though now I am negative on my account and I can't order any cologne from any other place. Because they haven't returned the money yet. Three times I tried ordering cologne and the third time my card declined because they made a mistake twice so I'm gonna do everything in my power to get more retribution than 25%. I have plans for that money.     I am so outraged at Macys customer care, I paid for two kids sheet sets, I received them, only to find on package without the pillowcase and fitted sheet, I've put in a claim twice and both not approved, I don't get it, it's not fair, Macys customer service really sucks!     If you purchase and want to cancel they make it very hard. Can't cancel on website or order ticket. Call a foreigner who speaks no English and they lie. Have to call 30 times. They don't give their names. No supervisor. Shady. I see why Macys stock is in the toilet for years, and they are closing stores annually in big cities. The CEO should be fired and his entire strategic team.
    Ordered a suitcase 12/31/23, after several confusing emails, the order is backlogged. Called customer service 01/08/24 to cancel since there is no possible date of delivery. No confirmation received for cancellation, today another email saying order is coming but no date. Will call again tomorrow. This is insane.     The Tanasbourne Macy's doesn't have carts at each door for handicapped etc. I asked recently in customer service and they said at other door! That was to far for me to walk without one so, I didn't get to shop at store,how many others don't shop there because of that!? Until they get some at each door,I won't be patronizing. Service

    Beware before buying online from Macy's. They don't allow any changes or cancellations to order after only 30 minutes. I ordered a baby gift and within 20 minutes found out the recipient moved to a new address. I wasted time with the chat robot and by the time I got to speak with a live agent, the 30 minutes had passed. They would not update the address on my order.     WOW! This company has disappointed me so many times! Their quality has gone down the tubes. I moved 2.5 years ago to get away from an abusive relationship and called numerous times since the old address kept showing up on my account. I let them know my life was in danger but they never took any care in ensuring that it was deleted. They even sent statements to the old address! This means the stalker from my past now knows where I live. I gave them so many chances to rectify this account but they never made the change. I finally called them tonight and closed the account saying after dozens of calls and emails, the invalid information was still showing.They had the gall to inform me that if I closed the account, I could not reopen.     Macy's used to be my 'go to' place for grandkids kids clothes, gifts, my outfits, etc. I was there so often. But Macys has priced themselves out of my league.     I would just like to enter that I ordered online a pair of diamond earrings that were on sale at the time for $700. I called Macy's to tell them I did not receive the package and I would still like the item. Initially, they said that that was fine subsequently I received an email that said not only were they not going to send me the product but that I would be charged for the product that I never received. I have been a customer of Macy's for more than 15 years and never had a problem like this before shame on them. At least I understand why they won't re-ship the item because the price went up $300.     I made a mistake in size on my order, contacted right away, was told to wait 30 minutes, then was told that they only have 30 minutes to change the order and I was too late even though I contacted right away and had to wait the 30 minutes. Then i asked to be transferred to a supervisor who I was told it would be 3 minutes nad they never came on. I called on the phone and the guy put me on hold then hung up. I would not recommend.     The Portage, Michigan store is run down and dirty. The floors are filthy. There is not enough staff to ring up customers. It takes a long time to get your order rang up because they focus so much on having a Macy's credit card. The interest rate for the Macy's card is so high - 29%. The store is outdated and run down.     Boy, this dying company definitely isn't what it used to be. Extremely long shipping periods, multiple packages lost in the mail, pathetic customer service who are rude and dismissive after being on hold for 45 minutes.     This same rug sells for $65 cheaper at Bed Bath and Beyond with totally free shipping. This rug is $276.67 at Bed Bath and Beyond without sales tax. Macy's advertised free shipping but added $30 onto item due to it's size and weight. I paid $311.02 for this rug plus $30 shipping and $26.36 tax for a total of $367.38. I will not buy from Macy's again. I will check other suppliers next time. Tip for consumers:False advertising free shipping and then charging $30. Other seller does not add shipping surcharge.     On March 8,2024 I ordered an item on your website - #*******815. Shortly thereafter I received an email stating it was shipped and will arrive March 10,2024. It never arrived, but worse, UPS said they never received the order. I called your Customer Service four times the morning of 3/11/2024, was put on hold six (6) times, and was eventually told wait another ten (10) days as they have no idea what went wrong. They told me I would have to wait ten (10) more days to get any help. Seriously? I asked for a refund to go purchase this elsewhere – I was told NO. I asked for a supervisor – was placed on hold twice for 35 minutes each and was then told NO supervisor was available for 20-30 minutes, would I like to hold that long? A lot of sarcasm in their voice. This was the most awful order experience, only surpassed by the worst telephone representatives I have ever encountered. Completely devoid of any customer empathy, no desire or ability to help, and they actually made the Macy's Buying-Experience exponentially worse.
