    Impossible to reach via phone.chat is just a bot so a waste of time. I tried calling numerous times during their working hours and kept getting disconnected. What does a guy have to do to try and spend over $3k on one of their watches? I can't believe they're an ongoing business with that kind of process. Tells me all I need to know about the business. I mean, what if I actually bought something and there was an issue? I can't even reach them just to inquire about a watch.lol I'll look elsewhere...
    I don't know anything about watches. Fortunately, I have a friend that collects them. I asked for advice on a nice all purpose watch at a decent price. He recommended several brands but only one dealer for my price range. I selected a decent swiss watch that looks great, keeps great time and jomashop gave me a good price.     I ordered five fragrances, four came in one box and one came separately for some reason. The one that came separately leaks if held upside down and the packaging for both wasn't the best, so minus one star for that. However, it was decently timely in getting to me (make sure the item says in stock or it might come way longer than you want it to) and the prices were very good so I can't complain much.

    I bought two watches in the span of one month, both of them defective. In less than 4weeks the second watch did not keep time accurately. Returning the defective watch for replacement and/or service was a hassle. It has been in service for 3 months now, and on our last communication the service department at JomaShop told me it would take another 6 months for the repair to be completed. This is unacceptable, especially from a company advertizing their customer service.

    Purchased a watch that cost over $4000 but returned it as we were told by the manufacturer (OMEGA store) that the watch was not waterproof/defective and would cost hundreds to fix it. Returned the item to Jomashop with the test results as evidence, they still claimed there was nothing wrong with the watch and questioned the methodology as to how OMEGA tested it. We were charged a restocking fee. They did not provide their evidence of the test results so questionable on what basis they claimed the watch was not defective. The unresponsiveness as well the difficulty in making a return, not to mention the lack of integrity is astounding. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Tip for consumers:Just because it's new, do not assume it's without flaws/defects. They sent me a defected luxury watch and took $500 as a restocking fee.     Don't shop here! Absolutely the worst customer service I've had yet with a company when purchasing a watch, and a supposed "high value brand new " watch. I was a brand new customer and ordered an invicta automatic watch from them and the issues started from there. The watch never said it was out of stock or back ordered or anything of the sort, I processed to purchase it being told it would ship asap. Only to find out days later it's not even in stock and apparently on back order, who sells stuff like that. Then it finally shows up and the bracelet on it is defective right out of the damn box! It is suppose to fit snug against the watch case and one side is so loose It looks like it's going to fall off and jingles like a damn bell constantly when worn because of it. And you can clearly see in the pictures how the bottom of the case it meets flush with the band and there is no gap, yet the top has a gap wide enough to sit in and rattles incessantly. I promptly contact them after all the bs and I'm told to basically go to hell. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!     I ordered a pair of Gucci Sunglasses on sale for Christmas and was worried that the glasses would not be authentic or that they would come in late, but I had the completely opposite experience. The sunglasses are completely authentic and arrived at my house in sturdy packaging. I love my sunglasses and can not wait to buy from Jomashop again.
    So I have bought many watches over the years from them but now I have learned never to buy from them again. When you buy from Joma you are relying upon them for any warranty repairs since they are a "grey market" dealer (which means Joma is not an authorized dealer for the brands they sell - they resell watches which they buy from authorized dealers so the manufacturer will not honor the warranty). That's OK except the service department is apparently not capable of performing satisfactory service and they will not replace a watch once you have removed the tags even if it is brand new and defective. I have returned a watch to them twice for service and both times it has come back with the winding stem too tight to turn. After this second time (and 3 months) I requested they replace it since they still sell the same exact watch. The watch is essentially new. I wore it once or twice before I realized it wasn't keeping time and that's why I sent it in the first time - when it came back I could not wind it. Most other sellers would accept an offer to replace a defective item but not JOMA. So I have had to file a complaint with BBB and next will sue them in small claims court because they simply won't stand behind the merchandise they sell. For me, it was only a $300 watch so I learned this lesson inexpensively, but am warning others if you receive a defective watch they will not replace it - only offer to repair it and then you are at the mercy of their inept service department.     The packaging was great and the delivery was fast. I try not to use too much plastic so I was a bit bothered with the extra stickers but I understand some people like it. Maybe this can be an option at check out if they want freebies like that.
    (Fixed please read 2nd portion) I ordered a watch and truly enjoyed it. Saw it was a little big and figured I could still use it. But can't make a decision until it's of course worn. I did a 3 link adjustment. And the battery was dead to begin with. So they yes sent me a watch with a dead battery. And I thought with a dead battery and it's to big. I'd return it. They claimed my watch it's scratched and since that. No returns no exception. And with that being said. I will not be returning her for business. I recently gotten contact by someone names Kamela and she took her time to explain everything to help reach common ground and reach a mutual understanding. I'm happy to say that they made this right.
