We were charged a restocking fee. They did not provide their evidence of the test results so questionable on what basis they claimed the watch was not defective. The unresponsiveness as well the difficulty in making a return, not to mention the lack of integrity is astounding. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The sunglasses are completely authentic and arrived at my house in sturdy packaging. I love my sunglasses and can not wait to buy from Jomashop again.So I have bought many watches over the years from them but now I have learned never to buy from them again. When you buy from Joma you are relying upon them for any warranty repairs since they are a "grey market" dealer (which means Joma is not an authorized dealer for the brands they sell - they resell watches which they buy from authorized dealers so the manufacturer will not honor the warranty). That's OK except the service department is apparently not capable of performing satisfactory service and they will not replace a watch once you have removed the tags even if it is brand new and defective. I have returned a watch to them twice for service and both times it has come back with the winding stem too tight to turn. After this second time (and 3 months) I requested they replace it since they still sell the same exact watch. The watch is essentially new. I wore it once or twice before I realized it wasn't keeping time and that's why I sent it in the first time - when it came back I could not wind it. Most other sellers would accept an offer to replace a defective item but not JOMA. So I have had to file a complaint with BBB and next will sue them in small claims court because they simply won't stand behind the merchandise they sell. For me, it was only a $300 watch so I learned this lesson inexpensively, but am warning others if you receive a defective watch they will not replace it - only offer to repair it and then you are at the mercy of their inept service department.
