    This company sold me a monthly subscription for ink. I cancelled it when I realized I wasn't using it. They actually locked my printer when I stopped the subscription. They are demanding I return my full ink cartridges which I paid for, and want me to buy different ink cartridges. There is no way to contact customer service about this. Instead I will toss out the printer and buy from another company. DO NOT BUY HP! Products used:printer Service Value Quality
    Bought printer believing I could buy my own ink. WRONG! Unless you stay signed up for their service plan, the printer will have to be reinstalled EVERYTIME you change it. And now it will not even work. Service kept telling me 'if you sign up you won't have this problem."
