The customer service email kept returning with "part of the message not received" every time I've attempted to attach photos. I was put on hold for a long period of time and on several occasions with no customer service representative assisting. I sent a email via company website Help link. The Help link didn't reply, but the delivery information was updated/revised once again. Product finally arrived about 10 days after being ordered.

Great discounts and to me it is better than fragrance.net especially because of the free shipping option plus the discounted price. After placing the order I had some trouble with entering the Authorisation code but once it finally accepted after like 5 tries it was smooth sailing

QualityMy experience with FrangranceX has been very as far as receiving my orders if perfume through the years. It seems that almost every bottle of perfume I get from you leaks! I have gotten many bottles, a couple different fragrances, and they alway leak!
Also, I have been on a wait list for the perfume Royal Doulton for at least a year. I never hear from you that the brand is back. Do you know if the fragrance has been discontinued?
Otherwise, I am happy with my orders. The prices are very good.
