I was just informed that Essential Apparel not longer prints invoices to be shipped with purchases. I had to return one-half of my order and was told by customer service that I needed to write my name/address on a piece of paper or print an email from Essential Apparel with the order information in order for them to process the return in a timely manner. What kind of business does not include invoices/receipts with shipped orders? And then puts the burden on the customer to ensure a return is processed? They will not be getting anymore of my business...I don't like the boots for the old looking, maybe someone weared it before. It is not like the pics on the websites.
