    I returned a pair of shoes that arrived in the wrong size and two and a half months later I still do not have a refund. I included the packing slip with all the information and they are making one excuse after another. This company has wonderful shoes but until their service improves, I will not buy from them again.     Here is my experience: I bought a pair of size 7 wide shoes, got 12 M. They were on clearance, so no return or exchange allowed! They did give me a one time only refund on a gift card I had to spend on their site. Thought, well maybe it was my error- tried to buy the shoes again; triple checked the size before placing it. Guess what? It now says I ordered 12 M again and will not let me change or cancel the order! As for myself, I will never ever buy Easy Spirit again! Horrible Customer service - yes, I have contacted them again, but of course no one works on Sunday. They allowed one hour from the time I placed the order last night to change or cancel -but I did not get the email showing the wrong size until this morning! The only response I am getting is an automated email (per the 3 customer service reps I have talked with) telling me to call customer service! The customer service reps are not enabled to do anything except place another escalated ticket! No response from anyone to these tickets or offers to assist in any way!
    They sent me an email with a link for 50% off. I clicked the link, found a pair of boots I liked and clicked on that. Selected size and color. Page said 50% off at checkout. I finalized the purchase. Then when I finally got the confirmation email, I found they did not honor the 50% discount. They refuse to give it, refuse to cancel the order. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY! Service Value
    The sizing,quality and making of your shoes now suck. I've been buying these shoes for over 20 years. I bought 3 pairs 2 months ago had to return do to sizing is so out of whack. After 2 weeks inner soles were ripping and falling out. Quality has really gone down hill. Probably sending over seas to be made...corporate greed...made in China and Taiwan...     If you happen to have a long or complicated street address, give it some thought before you order from EasySpirit.com. I placed an order with them. Received a confirmation email with all my information, including my full name and address. So far, so good. Along comes UPS... with no package. Why? Not UPS's fault. They had already delivered my order to someone else's address because Easy Spirit left half of my house number off. I have a lengthy address, I admit -- but it's also up to the sender to allow for that. I do a lot of ordering, and this was one of the most thoughtless I've found. Tip for consumers:Your giving them your complete shipping information doesn't guarantee that they'll pay any attention to it. So, where your package may end up.....who knows? Shipping
    Ordered a pair of boots but received something completely different. Easy Spirit refused to issue a refund or send a return label for the wrong item. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, Easy Spirit claimed they sent the right items. Easy Spirit is pretty much a fraud - do not order on their website.     In the past three months, I have bought several pair of shoes. I've had issues with some of the issues because of not being the right size boots that are extremely too large and are not the correct size recently I placed an order and one pair of the shoes had been worn. They were dirty inside and out. Tell me how a company can send you a pair of shoes that have been worn? I called to a girl she said that she would email the person who would take care of this problem for me. I have yet to have anything taken care of for this. I will leave a bad review. I think it's horrible that they treat their customers this way, especially after I have been an avid shopper with them Just beware, you never know if you're going to get new shoes, old shoes or worn shoes!     I placed an order online on Jan. 25,2024. I checked my email 1 hour and 10 min later and realized when I was shopping and selected to view a different color of the shoe I was viewing, it changed my shoe size from 8.5 to a 5. So since it was so late in the evening I immediately sent an email to their customer service dept. The next morning by 10 am I had not heard from them so I called. The representative told me that it was too late. I only had 1 hour after placing the order to change or cancel it. The order did not ship until 4 days later, but they could not change the size. What type of company does this? This was shipping direct to my sister as a gift. So now we had to go through getting a return label, and now something that was meant as a gift is now work for her to have to take to a return location. Not only that, they took $9.99 for the inbound shipping to me, and charged me another $6.95 to return them. All because their software did not keep my size on the webpage, that only the photo of the color of shoe changed. I realize that I should have double checked it, but I also realize that in the computer age we live in that there is an easy way for them to open an order up and change a size, color, or even cancel an order well after a one hour time limit and a shipment not being made until 4 days after the order was placed.     I went online on a Sunday (which was also an holiday) and ordered a pair of size 6.5 shoes. I verified my order before I paid and later that day I received an email that my order was processing but it showed for a size 5. I thought this must have been a mistake, so I tried to cancel the order and then order again. I received a message that the order could not be canceled because it was in processing and to contact customer service if I had any questions. First thing Monday morning at 9:00 am I contacted customer service. Had to wait quite awhile before a representative spoke with me. The customer service agent stated that the order I placed was for a size 6.5 but there were limited quantities in the warehouse and their system automatically defaults to a size 5. I asked if I could cancel this and was told it already shipped and I'll receive a size 5. I asked why it was shipped when I didn't order that and was told it's just an automatic default, so I could go back online and re-order and hope to get the correct size but chances were I'd still receive a size 5 again. She told me when I receive my shipment I could return the item. What I learned is that not only do I have to pay for the shipping, but also a restocking fee as well for an item I did not order and clearly won't fit. Had I listened to the customer service representative I'd be paying for both restocking fees! Beware if you order from their website because you may end up with a surprise size 5! Should I receive the correct size I'll update my review. Tip for consumers:Returns are not free and you also have to pay a restocking fee. Also if items are low in quantity in the warehouse, they automatically default to a size 5.     I returned boots and was going to reorder until I noticed they charged a processing fee of $6.95. I used their return label. I have ordered from many places without a processing fee. Needless to say I will not order anything else from easy spirit. Tip for consumers:If you order online and return the purchase expect a $6.95 processing fee.     Had been a wearer of ES shoes for decades. Would even buy 2 pairs at a time to stock up. Well, something has changed. The fit for their Romy style is different, as if they changed manufacturers. You used to be able to wear the shoes right out of the box. Not anymore! Had bought a pair for Christmas and when I went to wear for 1st time, the brand new pair smelled like GASOLINE! I had to get them out of my bedroom because it was smelling my room up and giving me headaches! When I reached out to their customer service, I was told NO refund because I had the shoes longer than 30 days (had them 2 weeks too long). What difference does it make when the shoes STINK like GAS? They made me send photos while they were deciding to give me a CREDIT and return the shoes. As if photos would give them the ability to smell the shoes. SMH. So, I ordered a replacement pair and then was sent the WRONG COLOR! Instead of them taking responsibility, I had to send them more photos to prove that the color wasn't what I ordered. Now, I am waiting on permission to get a return code so that I can send them back. It was THEIR mistake, yet I have to jump through hoops! Meanwhile, the clock is ticking on their stupid 30-day return policy. I will NEVER buy shoes from these people again. POOR SHOES. POOR SERVICE!     I've bought sneakers and walking shoes with this company and never had a problem with them. They even have hard to find sizes.
    I know someone who will only wear this brand. I ordered a pair directly from this brand's website as a gift. They are quality shoes but I find their sales not be be much of a sale. That is my one and only issue. The ordering process went well and the shoes arrived quickly and undamaged.
