At least you'll get what you paid for. Update. They gave me the refund but I had to get nasty with them and threaten them with spreading bad reviews. They say they never received any of my emails dispite replying directly and using their customer contact form. They're just rip off artists.I ordered two nice phone cases from DSstyle on 10/20/15, Paypal accepted the same day. According to the tracking info items was not ship until 10/28/15 (mind you I have to write to them in order to get this info). Seriously, company waited 8 days to ship from purchase date? Also, I was disappointed to find out this purchase is from oversea Hong Kong. Had I known I wouldn't be order from them, I don't usually like ordering from oversea because if you have a problem, the shipping will be on you. Despite the long wait, I was happy that I finally received the package on 11/3/15. The two cases was nicely package but I was disappointed to find it doesn't fit my Note 5. There is no manual or installation instructions that come with the package. I wrote a lengthy email to the company demand a refund for item is not as described due to case has fault. They ask me to send pictures to show them how is it not fit. After couple of email going back and forth, they send me installation instructions how to installed the case To my luck, it did work. I wrote back and let them know they should have instruction manual included in the first place then I wouldn't have gone thru all these hassle. Also there was no random gift included in the package even I selected that option that was given to me. The customer rep wrote back and said she was informed by her staffs there is instruction manual that came with the package but believe it was missing this time. They ask me to write a feedback and they will offer me 5% discount on my next order. Just let them know and they will review my feedback and offer my discount accordingly! What is a 5% discount worth? So here is my conclusion. Nice products but I believe if you have a problem you won't get your refund that easy because this is purchase from overseas. Buyers: you dont have to take my word for it but please read their company policy and buy at your own risk. This is my fair and honest opinion.I ordered from DSStyles few items for funny X-mas gifts but delivery was not sure to arrive in time. DSstyle customer support was sincere and left a message telling me the delivery might be after Christmas. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. No problems with product, emailing company, nor shipping.There was no indication that this company is out of Hong Kong until after I ordered my product and got their confirmation email. 8 days later, it is just leaving Hong Kong today. The only way to get money back is to ship the product back to China which is more than the product costs. After numerous emails ( of which most were ignored) they offered the refund as long as i put a positive review on this wesbite and others, then let them know and they will refund. Guess what No refund, so double scammed, one for my money and the other to give a positive review. AVOID!All of these reviews are completely right. Through some thorough investigation, and some common sense, I have discovered that these thieves at DS styles are fluffing their own reviews. Their products are fake and all you will get is a priority mail letter with a note claiming a shipping delay. I spent $95 on two cases, and I received a working tracking number two days later stating it was an "international letter". When the priority mail arrived, I didn't even need to open it to know I got scammed, because it was just a flat letter carrier. There was just a photocopy inside stating in poor grammar that the product will be delayed in shipping. No contact information, no emails returned. Forced to seek reimbursement thru bank or paypal. IF YOU WANT PROOF, I can provide it. Tip for consumers:They immediately steal your money. You will know you got scammed already when the tracking number shows you are only getting a priority letter. Service Value Shipping Returns QualityThey are such a ripoff - they do not take returns unless it's a manufacturing problem and even then you need to get a rma number and return within two days of receipt. Also the cheap piece of crap that affords absolutely no protection to my phone isn't what I expected for almost $50. Also, I got an email on 1/15/12 stating that my item had been shipped - but it was actually shipped 1/31/2012. Just a mess all around - I'd be embarrassed to even give this item away it's such crap. It took almost a month to arrive and the quality is rubbish. The stand on the rear fell off and the case was shoddy and cheap with lots of sharp edges. Not even worth £1 in my opinion. Informed DsStyles that I wanted a refund but they offered me another case valued at £16.99 in exchange. Replied to them that i wanted a full refund and now they won't reply.
