I purchased a lumbar pillow in July for my son's dorm room. As of mid-August it still hadn't arrived; I checked with UPS and it said "returned to sender" for some inexplicable reason. I emailed Dormify multiple times (because of course they have no phone number you can call) with NO response. I still haven't gotten what I ordered OR a refund to my credit card. Several have been returned back to them, and my son has not received one single package. They never responded to emails earlier in year because they were in a business transition and refuse to refund my monies because of this. Poor customer service and a scam! Return went fine however they charged me for taxes on the rug! I tried to explain but simple problem that they lack the education to comprehend so it costs me approx $25 to return a rug that was a mistake on their behalf. Never again! They said they were not going to charge me $25 shipping fee however why am I paying taxes on an item I do not have in possession. Buy somewhere else is my advice. My ordered was delivered in a completely different city. Customer service has not been helpful and been a nightmare to work with. Takes 3 days to answer an email, which ends up being unhelpful. My budget was tight too so I was looking for cheaper options and came across them. I quite pleased with them because their prices were so much cheaper than the option I went through before. I had to keep reaching out to them. They refused to return my money. I didn't even need the item anymore because it took so long and my kid went off to college. Terrible, terrible company. While they say they are returnable if you aren't satisfied, if you return, shipping costs more than the product and in addition to paying return shipping, they charge you premium rate for their outbound shipping. It is impossible to contact customer service. I did ship back - because I had (this is on me) purchased twice and didn't want to contribute to landfill, but the shipping tracking mysteriously stopped after "out for delivery" and the only hint they received it was a credit for about 30% of the purchase price - which was about $4.00 more than I had spent on the return postage. I customized it according to the way I wanted my room to look and it got delivered within a week which was pretty fast. The poster fit the wall right next to my bed and all the LEDs and other stuff were in place. It looked amazing and brightened up my dull dorm room.Gotta talk about the amazing staff at this place. I had a small issue with my order where the wrong product has been processed. I didn't see it for a couple of days and when I saw it, I thought I will be too late. But I wasn't because the people working here ensured me that the right product will be sent on time and for me to not worry. Sure enough, I recoeved what I wanted on time and I have to appreicate them for this!Really liked the Style Icon Room so I got all the products except the print and the framed black lips because I didn't like them. I got another print instead that suited my room more from them itself cuz they are cheaper
