    Bought Disney's 'Nightmare Before Christmas' 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle from Florida Disney World Magic Kingdom Main Street Store in July 2023. Given as present in November, took several weeks to complete. Only at end did we realise there were missing pieces so very unhappy. Pictures taken and sent to merchandise guest services to get missing pieces, complete replacement, or credit note. Was told that as outside 30 day period and I could not take it back to US store no help would be given. I live in the UK, it was a present given some time later, and it took a long time to get to the stage where we realised it was defective. No understanding or leeway from Disney at all. Dreadful quality control that it should be defective, and an appalling lack of understanding from a multi-million USD company in refusing any help. Do not buy from a Disney store if you are not from the US and don't want to have to travel back, or your purchase is a gift and will not be checked until after 30 days. Service Value Returns Quality
    My wife placed an order for a nice limited Kingdom Hearts Pin. It is her favorite series and she was looking forward to getting a nice pin for it. When we received the package there was no pin but instead a regular Disney mug. We immediately contacted customer service to figure this situation out but was told that they didn't have anymore of the pins so couldn't get one for us. As someone who has worked in a warehouse I can't see how this was not caught before leaving the dock (massive size and weight difference). The brightside is that there was a full refund given to us and we were told to keep the mug but we were still not able to get what was originally paid for.
    I placed my 1st order on Dec. 10th of 4 Disney Christmas gifts for my grandsons. After 10 days and still no email confirming that my order was shipped, I finally received an email however it wasn't to say that my order has finally shipped. Unfortunately the email said that two of my four items were out of stock. I called their customer service number and after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, I was connected with a representative, who shared more bad news, that the other two items from my order had not only not been shipped yet, but they may or may not, still be available! I am appalled at how poorly this entire process has been handled, especially when the items ordered were clearly Christmas gifts for children who certainly won't be receiving their Disney gifts in time for Christmas, if at all. I would not recommend purchasing anything from the Disney Store as it's not the most Magical place in retail!     I had an order with several items and suddenly I got an email that 2 items have been refunded and of course not being delivered... Without any further information why it happened. I have received the rest of the products. I had an inquiry on the website about what happened, that was 12 days ago. The only communication I received was the automated email where I got a number. Now If i want to reorder the 2 missed items I would need to pay for shipping costs as it's not over the free-shipping barrier.     I bought a cute Minnie mouse necklace for my best friends birthday/Christmas gift (125$). Instead I received a 50$ Mickey mouse necklace. They would not resend the necklace I ordered until I sent back the incorrect one, who does that nowadays?! Seeing as I wouldn't get her gift sent on time I requested a refund instead. I sent the incorrect necklace back and I was told I would receive the refund back in my account in 3-5 business days. It's been 7 business days and I still have not got my money back.     Framed Alice and wonderland print came to me at first with damage to the frame and looked to be poorly packaged. I returned it was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get me a new one sent then I never got a confirmation email of this without calling 6-7 times being on hold for long times. They sent another one 1 week later and again the top was cracked and again poorly packaged. I'm not pursuing a return/refund because of the hassle in dealing with the customer service.     Ordering from Disneystore.com has been a pain in the behind! First off their policy on using gift cards is inconvenient and misleading. Customer service is non existent. Part of my order has gone missing and hasn't arrived after 30 days- emails and calls go unanswered.
    For some reason the house nr. In our address details was not mentioned when ordering products at the disney website. What did they do? Disney decided that we probably should live at house nr. 1.     Never order from this site. Shipping took twice as long, and customer service is poor. You're better off ordering thru Amazon, Walmart, or pretty much anywhere else.     Bought like a 160 dollar collector doll for my daughter and the box was damaged and the doll had flaws on it so we did a return the never sent a return slip or anything contacted several times they never did anything about it.my daughter is a collector she displays them.order from amazon seriously disney store sucks
    I received an email yesterday saying "Sitewide Savings" of 30% off of orders over $200. I got the kids all excited and told them to pick out some things for Christmas. After putting about $300 worth of items in the cart, I realized 5 out of 12 items didn't qualify for any discount. Normally Disney uses vague language like "eligible" items, but in this case they said Sitewide Savings. Super deceptive AND illegal. I think I smell a class action lawsuit coming on.
    Placed a preorder and disney tried to authorise a payment and my bank rightfully stopped them from doing so. I contacted the bank to let them know it was okay and then disney cancelled my order. Customer service was false advertisement as they offered no help just a bunch of templated messages and didn't want to do anything to help as it would have consisted of them being helpful or productive!     Placed an order for my daughters book bag and lunch box for school on July 15th and it never arrived even though it said 4-7 days. Today is August 13th and my order is still processing. Very time I try to contact them they tell me the same thing that it ships in 4-7 days and some items may be delayed. They said they can't cancel my order. It's been a month since I placed my order!

    I cant believe this business survived this long! It took 4 days to process an order and wont arrive in the 5 business days it stated. I was hung up on by automated message telling me all agents were busy. 10 pair of pajamas being returned immediately. What a pathetic way to manage a business at Christmas! My mistake, I guess I thought they might have taken large orders before this holiday!
    I attempted to shop in a Disney store wearing a mask that does not exacerbate my medical condition. I Was barred from entry by an employee who insisted I wear a mask that the store provided. No questions asked. I have always been a fan of Disney and their customer service. I was shocked that they were so willing to discriminate against me- I will have to think twice as to whether I will remain a customer.
    If I could i wouldput 5 negative stars! I placed my order November 23rd 2020, Today is December 11th 2020 I still have not received my child's gift for Christmas! I check the status of my order and I see the count down disney store is doing to these poor people you are not going to get your presents before christmas they r lieing to you! My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday but they rescheduled it for December 15th I guess we will see if it gets sent to my house or not I just hope it comes before Christmas!
    We purchased a Belle Bag in June this year, by end of July the covering was coming off the handles. I contacted Disney and omg what a disgusting service, I was thrown from one person to another and non of them knowing what they were doing. Eventually in September I was told I would be refunded but needed to wait 21 days. I waited 21 days and no refund, back to being thrown from one useless person to another each and everyone totally useless. I have been going threw this until 6 days ago when I was told they sent the refund but my bank rejected it which is a total lie as while waiting for my refund I contacted my bank and they had nothing from Disney. I was called again and again gave my bank details and again told had to wait 21 days which will be the end of December. This will mean I have waited 6 months and dealt with the worst customer service I have ever in my life dealt with. I have asked numerous times for the head office address and this has been refused, I have never been offered any other compensation for the diabolical service.     I bought an Up balloon house ornament for my son as a gift, and it fell apart in 2 days under normal use. I sent an email for help. The thirty day return policy was first cited, apparently I was not supposed to save it as a gift and predict it would fall apart immediately. Then as a "one time courtesy", the representative checked if stock was on hand which it is not because its out of season, so I'm out of luck. A shame that customer service is doing me a favor and not part of their job. Disney should be embarrassed, but as long as they take people's money they clearly don't care.
    Ordered one of their more expensive eGift cards online so I could get it immediately for a rush birthday gift. The credit card purchase went through immediately. But the card? Waiting. Waiting. Finally after a day, spent 30 minutes on hold to customer service. They informed me that for "larger" purchases, the customer has to actually call them back to confirm their information. This was NEVER listed on the site, nor in the "your order is processing" email. The need to physically call back negates any benefit of using their online system, and their lack of notifying customers of this "requirement" is absurd.
    The prices here are a bit over the top, i don't usually shop here but it's worth having a look at. Once got a gift for my niece and she truly happy, the quality of items is good.
    Processing time seven-ten days, and 70% of my orders include an email "Due to overwhelming demand and limited availability, your recent order will not include:"... If you processed on time, it would be available probably. However, the worst customer support and online store ever and has a Disney signature!
