    Ordered a Mikuni carburetor which said (one left) on the website and two weeks later I had to call them because I still haven't received a confirmation of my order along with a tracking number. It seems that the only way I could get any answers was to call customer service. As it turns out still no carburetor and an approximate ship date a few months out. Had to cancel my order. Not very pleased will probably not do any business with them in the future. I prefer to pay a little more and actually get my parts at a reasonable time. Service
    I ordered Rox risers for my Triumph Tiger. Their price was good, so I thought how hard can it be. Wrong. The website showed an image and description that was the right fit. This is not what I received. Same run around as everyone one else here, so I won't bore you with the details. My solution was to contact Rox directly. No manufacturer wants a distributer to hurt their brand reputation. I emailed Rox and they said they would send me what I needed and talk to cycleplicity. I received my parts in two days and sent them the parts I had received. I was still out what I paid cycleplicity, but Rox charged me nothing. I would still be trying to get my money back had it not been for Rox stepping in and doing the right thing. My point here is talk to the manufacturer. If they all deny cycleplicity the ability to distribute their products, it will put them out of business and no one will have to deal with this again.
    Everything went well with my order, I have no complaints, pretty happy with my purchase, thanks a lot
    Clones, but work
    Placed an order for an "in stock" item over a week ago. They charged the card the same day but no shipping confirmation. Cannot get an answer by phone or email. The two employees I did talk to were rude and useless. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company. I am in the process of having Amex do a charge back and purchasing elsewhere!
    They've done it twice now. First time ordered tour pak and saddlebag travel bags, then yesterday ordered tour pak lid organizer. Both times I ordered one day and the item(s) were at my doorstep the next day! And the correct items both times. Excellent experience w/ this company, although attempting to get through on the phone is a bit tedious.
    I can't believe my good fortune. I ordered a Honda Windscreen for under $100. It was at my door steps in two days. It is an OEM part. With this kind of professional service, I will be back! I enjoyed better service and turn around time then what my local dealer could deliver. Thanks again Cycleplicity
    My order said take 20% off shipping with an order code that it didn't allow me to put in. When I went to return the order I got foreign tech support that could not give me a return authorization number or return address. She said she would get back to me by email.
    I ordered a set of exhaust pipes for my bike from Cycleplicity.com on 3/8/14. Total with shipping was $433. And some change. After reading all of the negative reviews this site had I was very skeptical and wondered if I had made a huge mistake. I am very happy to report that I did not. I received the pipes on 3/12/14, new condition, all of the mounting hardware included with instructions. They were a breeze to install and sound great. I couldn't be happier with Cycleplicity's price, service and quality parts. I will DEFINITELY use this site again for my motorcycle needs.
    Purchased 3 items for over $330.00. One of the Items had to be returned. First request for an RMA, they did not respond to. Second request they required pictures... even though I told them they were new in the package... and they said they did not receive the pictures. The third request they got the pictures, but I had to write over and over requesting the RMA. The 4th week, they said I would have my refund in my account in 1-3 days. Seven business days later, I filed with PayPal and amazingly, they finally credited my account... Over 4 weeks later. BEWARE... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
    Went to website to order a windshield it kept kicking me back to home page at end of checkout tried to get it ordered 3 times it ordered 3 windshields, I immediately sent email and also called customer service dept and was told that they would cancel 2 of the three orders. Hours later got an email saying I would have to refuse delivery to force a return, delivery drivers throw your pkg and leave no signature required will not be using their service again
    This is a company that has no business being in business. Absolute criminals. They sent me a new Cobra light bar that had a blown bulb from the moment I opened the package, and their solution was to buy another. Spoke to 3 "managers", none of them was remotely helpful and ruder than the last. Between phone transfers, they put you on hold 8-9 minutes hoping youll hang up. They even have the nerve to send you a buyer survey promising you a $5 refund if you fill out their survey, with no $5 to ever come. Im now fighting the whole thing through my credit card company. These people are criminals, dont spend $1 with this company!
    You always wonder about buying from the cheapest retailer. Bought a Shorai motorcycle battery from these guys for much less than the competition. After placing the order, I saw all the negative reviews they have and was a little concerned. However, I got prompt email updates and the product delivered 2 days later via UPS. So don't let the bad reviews scare you away. Who knows if the other reviews are even from actual customers... I didn't have to provide proof of purchase to write this review.
    The worst experience ever. The product listed on the website was not the part that I payed for. When I called I spoke with some incompetent employee that was unsympathetic to the situation. I told him about the misleading picture, his response, " you can't trust the pictures on the internet because they are just stock photos." Oh really?! How does one shop online then?! This company lacks something that is starting to become rare in this world... Integrity. In the end, I lose. Do yourself a favor, in fact, do everyone a favor and do not do business with this company. Maybe one fine day they will have to close their doors due to slow business and be caught wondering, "what did we do wrong?"...
    Ordered on Sunday got here on Wednesday with free shipping. Price was $50 bucks cheaper than any other websight for that seat. Most people that right reviews either have great service or really bad service. Sounds like these othere people should order the right size/part before they order. J p cycles has nothing on cycleplicity.
    Don't know what's up with all the bad reviews. I ordered a Bikemaster battery and charger on Sunday night. I had a UPS tracking number Monday at noon and delivery on Tuesday morning. Oh, and it was the lowest price on the internet too.
    Bought the lower saddlebag inserts for my Goldwing. Best price and they were here the next day. Wow! I've read a lot of bad reviews. But they did right by me.
    I ordered a set of cobra fatty crash bars and a set of highway pegs to go with them, by far the beat price any where. I ordered them on a Thursday and they were in my carport Monday. By far one of the best purchases I've ever had! Service Value Shipping Quality
    Worse company ever I have lost 3 weeks, got wrong parts and the run around waiting on the accounting department to reimburse the money back they might be cheaper then most but I think of all the aggravation I've been put through and I would have gladly paid the $40 more J&Pcycles and would be done with this project.
    Rick R. I ordered a pair of Kuryakyn Gran-throwover saddle bags on a Saturday October 11,2014 and received the bags on Wednesday October 15,2014. I save over $30.00 and I love the bags. They will fit by Victory. I plan on ordering a second set for my wife's Yamaha.
    Purchased a $600 set of shocks. Tried to cancel the order before it was sent, with no luck. Customer service would not answer my emails. Now I have a set of shocks that I don't want or need. I have filled out the return form at least 6 times now. Still no answer from customer service. This is by far the worst website / company I have ever dealt with. Stay away from them like the plague... It's now been a month since I ordered and still no reply from customer service.
    Ordered some Cobra PT-1000P exhaust tips from them on November 9th. I still have a pending payment in my Amazon Payments account for the order. Cyleplicity has no record of an order, sends me the same email response every time I contact them, was told a customer service manager would contact me and I haven't heard a word from them, just received an email stating that they were closing my inquiry. Amazon has been great, they looked into it from their end, can see the payment, Amazon says the Cycleplicity can see the payment and that they need to cancel it for the payment to be removed from my account. I would not recommend Cycleplicity to anybody, ever!
    Ordered several BMX parts from them. All delivered in a timely manner with awesome pricing.
    Order a simple Fuel Filter REPLACEMENT for my son 49cc pocket bike, received item in 2 day to find out that it was far from what I ordered. Spoke to a representative who told me I cannot go by the pictures listed on the site lol so she refunded me my $2.95 however I losted out on $10 in shipping NEVER AGAIN!
    Ordered a frame on jan 6 received in decent time... however MSO process sucks. Supposed to taked 4-6 weeks after harassing them for my documentation since mid February, mso finally arrived 16 weeks later... my state requires MSO for titles and my bike has been done for about a month waiting on that MSO... all they could say was sorry... nothing sincere, nothing to keep my business... will never order from them again
