CreditRepair.com is a complete scam. Do NOT use their site or pay for anything! First, when you start services and make your first payment you won't actually be able to log in to their website. It doesn't matter if you try the forgot password feature, that won't work. All you can do is send an e-mail to their support team, but it will take them an entire WEEK to get back to you. After you pay and then wait over a week to actually sign in to their site, you won't actually be able to use anything on the site. To start services, you have to complete a "credit repair game plan," but their site is so dysfunctional that you're not able to actually do that. You'll keep clicking "save" over and over again in a fruitless attempt to do something, but it won't ever work. And of course don't count on their support, because it takes them over a week to respond back. Literally the only thing on their website that works is the payment feature. They make sure they can take your money, but literally nothing else on their site works. And of course you can't cancel online. You have to call their customer service line, which is only open during business hours. Then the actual "credit repair" services they do offer are simply sending letters to creditors asking for proof of the debt, and if no proof is available to remove it. This is something you can actually do on your own for free. So, in summary, CreditRepair.com is a total scam and fraud of a website. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY. Big, huge scam.I was surprised by the processing of Credit Repair that they took unbelievably 6 months to remove a single item from my credit report. Their service is just so incredibly slow and painful.I signed up with this company to help me change the damage I've done to my credit after losing my job. It was a total wast of time and money for six months. After not seeing any decent progress I called and was given the run around by an agent who convinced me to give it a little more time. Finally I cancelled service only to find that they billed me after the fact. When I contacted them about the issue they refused to issue a refund. Worked at this company for 9 months. I was lied to and promised opportunity for promotion in about 8 months, upon, and when I did apply for the open promotion, they gave it to a person who had only been at the company for 2.5 months vs 8-months (being me). They say they do promotions based off quarter reviews and performance. Performance is understandable, which I was acknowledged for. Though, overall is nonsense, given my predicament. Also, 5 of my co-workers who I worked with when I first started in Processing, all got promoted within 8 months to better positions, 2 of which got promoted at the same time at 8-months of experience. The company has a fake culture that they force upon you, not because they cherish or practice anything religiously. Most, especially managers, of the people put on a fake, bubbly, super-nice personality, so, everyone seems nice upfront, but, when you actually start working truly in the atmosphere, it's a different animal entirely. Don't slip up with what you say verbally or electronically. DO NOT go into the processing department for this company, where I was, horrible micromanager and uneven work-to-pay-load.Credit repair will and cannot repair your credit they will ruin it... i paid them good money but they still couldn't!
