I would make it NO stars but you have to select a star to write a review. I purchased a pair of sweat pants and a Jean shirt. I went home and the sweat pants had a hole in it and the Jean shirt had the alarm tag still on it. I thought, no big deal. I have the receipt! I went to the store in Braintree mail. (That is where I purchased it) I was told the shirt was not on the receipt, as if I stole it. I said I purchased this 2 days ago. The women said I was unable to keep the shirt because I did not pay for it. (Keep in mind I am a black women) another black women walked over and LOOKED at the receipt and said she did purchase it, the screw number is on the receipt. Then they said I could not exchange the sweat pants because it had an hole in it. I said I purchased it like that. They would not allow me to exchange. I asked to speak to a manager and they called her. She said the same thing. I explained if that is their policy then they need to check clothes out because allowing people to purchase. Long story short. I had to keep the pants that had a hole in it! I will never go to this store again. The managers were not helpful and seemed not to care.I really enjoy shopping at this store and I appreciate the selection of clothes and items available. However, I am disappointed to know that the district manager allows the store manager to work alone. Although she is a friendly and compassionate person, it is evident that she works tirelessly and could benefit from additional support.
