I received three unrelated - totally different shoes than i ordered and to top it off they were incorrect size. The chaco emblem is even missing on one shoe. Customer service told me to keep the shoes and they would give me 10% off next order... They even went as far as saying they recommend that i keep the shoes as it would cost more to return them. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card and hope for a refund. I immediately contacted for a refund, and return label and have been "arguing" with them for week +. They first offered me a 5% refund (2.50!) and said that I would get 10% discount on a new order. I said that was unacceptable - they shipped me the wrong shoes - I should not be penalized for their issue. Then they said I would have to pay to have those sent back WHICH is more then the price of the shoe. Also unacceptable. I ordered what I wanted, and received entirely different shoes.
