Driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel which I stated specifically it was not correct. Proceeded to unload my stuff and demand a tip before he would help me. When I finally gave him a tip just so that I could get to the correct place he got back in the car and took off left me and my kid with 4 pieces luggage stranded in New York on the sidewalk. I called the company and they said in order to take me to the correct place I would have to pay all over again. What a scam!Requested a car service two days prior, the time and car was confirmed. No car was there to pick me up when confirmed. I missed my flight and no car was ever even available to pick me up. Also customer service told me "we're in NYC sorry". They're rude when you're doing the reservation and service is not the best. I was in a hurry and it finally worked out but i doubt taking a ride with them again...We were told to wait 20 minutes after calling once we picked up our luggage and they never showed. We called after 25 minutes and they said wait another 30-40. Would never use Carmel again.
