Boost Mobile now is very very bad super unreliable.drops calls,drops internet,will not send text messages half the time. My job depends on me being able to access the internet and using Texting and making phone calls... Boost Mobile has dropped the ball on this for me. I'm switching services as soon as I can... If you don't care about making any phone calls,texts or half of the time having access to internet then this is the service for you.
Products used:Cell phoneBe warned Boost does not stand behind the phones they sell. Since the 4th day my new $850 phone completely freezes up every 48 hours and requires a hard reboot. Their 30 day warranty is all 100% BS. Motorola offers zero help as well for their one-year warranty they want you to send it in can take 6 weeks and do not give you a phone to use in the meantime unless you choose to get screwed for their protection plan.
Tip for consumers:It's absolute garbage. The reviews by the big review blogs are all paid for.

QualityI purchased an IPhone from Boostmobile 2 months ago, they shipped my Iphone with UPS and UPS delivered the wrong merchandise to me, I contacted UPS and they said they will deal with Boostmobile since they are the shipper and Boostmobile says they will not give me a refund because it is not their fault so long story short, I purchased an Iphone from Boostmobile, I paid to Boostmobile for it but I never received and Boostmobile does not care about it because they already got my money. I am given one star only because zero stars is not an option! I am so frustrated!I am beside myself because of how poor Boost is at everything. It has been nearly a week since porting my number to the carrier but nothing is happening. Every Boost employee says a different thing and no one seems to know what they're doing.
Unfortunately, I've had to buy the SIM card for another carrier for a burner number to get me through the holiday season while I figure this out.

QualityNEVER use boost. They suspended my account when I wanted it to be disconnected then charged me told me they couldn't refund me and are making no sense at all about why they took the money from my account. Talked to 3 different people got nowhere besides basically I need to just eat the money because they are following their rules. The phone never worked ever. Never made one phone call. Never could get service and now I need to wait for them to submit tickets to unsuspend the account when they keep telling me the account is active. None of this makes sense. And honestly the worst choice I've ever madeFor the past five months or so Boost Mobile has offered abysmal and ineffective customer service, overpriced billing for what they offer, and poor coverage in many places that I visit. They do not work with you at all. Something changed and it changed for the worse. Avoid and find another service; that's what I'm doing.
Tip for consumers:When companies downgrade, eliminating services and basic customer needs, then these organizations need to be ready for customers to quit!

QualityI dont even know where to begin... Cant make calls without wifi... Spoke to 2 people bout getting new sims cards a month ago... Still nothing... Over charged me for like 4 mths for a family plan... Wont unlock my phones so i can switch... I paid $402 out the door for 4 phones and service and the service is $#*!ty... QualityBoost mobile took me through hell and back.
I've began this process with Boost on 1/2/2023.
I've only been cheated by 2 companies and this is one of them.
They lied until they until they couldn't lie any longer.
Finally, I called the FCC and they helped me with this mess.
Buyers Beware.Really bad customer service franchises not being held to a stand speaking to customers anyway, they want. Taking your Money and trying not to give you any returns. Even when the equipment does not work for you. I recommend no one used this company. It's impossible to speak to someone from boost in the United States. Nothing but a run around.
Tip for consumers:This is totally wrono. They charged me $30 appultimately. Because they sold me a faulty product and their franchise.
And try z kept that money and boost has yet to return. Any of my phone calls that are left with customer service many times
Products used:Able to xfinity prepaid box from the boost store. In York Pennsylvania, it was bad, did not work. They kept half of my money.

3 hrs to be given an address and # to return them at my own cost. WOW! Can barely understand anyone that did answer the phone after 5 different numbers called for help. 1st person then had to send me to another person. HATE INTERNET SHOPPING! Your stores never have stock. On top of all of that same phones i ordered 5 days ago for$129.99 is now $99.Unfortunately I paid for a one year subscription plan before doing my research. I wasn't able to make any calls after one month and no matter how many times I talked to the technical support they weren't helpful and didn't follow up. Do not buy!

QualityHad them for WAY too long! Their "unlimited data" is a joke! If you exceed 35 gb they slow you to a CRAWL and you can do NOTHING on your phone besides check the weather! Then they try to sell you "add on" data packs, your choice of 1 gb for $5 or 2 for $10. But it doesn't work. After you buy the packs, speed is still ultra slow. It's just a total rip off, go elsewhere. I've had a different provider for a couple of months and it's FAR better, no comparison.

QualityBoost Mobile is the worst company ever I would NOT recommend anyone to get a cell phone thru them the service sucks. I never have service the internet is slow, always dropping calls, missing calls the calls don't even ring on my phone messages come thru the next day do NOT get service thru Boost Mobile! I paid over $1000 cash money for 2 iPhone XR's and they will NOT unlock them for me when I own them.

I opened NINE new lines with them and since day one its been nothing but issues. Incompetent agents putting the wrong phone numbers. The same phone number on multiple accounts, their system has locked my phone for a total of 7 days. They had no idea why or how and I haven't been compensated for the time that I wasn't getting service. All of the agents lie. You get a different story from each one. 25+ hours on the phone and they don't care at all about the inconvenience and hassle they cause. Rude and uneducated agents who relish the act of wasting your time and patronizing you. One by one I will be transferring my lines out. I don't care if I have to pay more. My time is more valuable. Also, the service absolutely SUCKS. The data wastes SO inaccurately fast. Never used more than 5gb a month with the other carrier and now 5gb in less than a week. Absolute SCAM.

She will take great care of you! Thanks so much girl. I appreciate you.So I switch to boost mobile last year in the fall, and my bill was originally $50. As I went into the year they kept sending me messages saying my data is running out, so I had to buy an add on. I did that but yet it still said that it was running out. My bill kept going up for some reason so I went to them and they said it's bc of my data. Do not get boost. Get T-Mobile or just something better for a better priceI was a boost mobile customer for 16 years. My current phone was starting to give me problems so I called customer service and purchased the phone and let them know I had moved 2 years prior and gave them the correct updated address. Why did they still ship to my old address. Called boost mobile to rectify they situation. I was told it's there policy to send phones to original account information. Even though they confirmed having my new address on file. They refused to re send the phone or refund. Boost mobile policy sucks. They lost a 16 year customer over a 48$ phone because their policy does not account for people moving or updating addresses.

QualityAlthough agents try to be courteous, they are limited in their ability to problem solve. Most know English words and read English statements given them as replies but rarely is someone fluent and knowledgeable enough to understand an unusual question. Therefore, customer service is a series of canned answers. After ten years, I've had enough! Going to U.S. provider today.I bought 1 GB of extra data ever receive it the said I used it which I didn't. Boost steal people money plain and simple. Now all iPhone users don't have option you have to have the $40 plan. Customer service keep you waiting just to tell you they can't help. Then have a nerve to send surveys to see how service is. What a joke. And you can't get phone unlock to go to a new company until you had service for a year but they don't tell you that in the beginning.

QualityBeen w Boost for 3 years now, everything was golden until Boost got new ownership. Now everything is literal $#*!. Literal. Cut my service off a week before plan is due, and yet they can't seem to do nothing about it. This is not the first time that happened since the new ownership. Boost use to be Gr8, now I cannot recommend them, and I won't. Disappointing, inconvenient, annoying server that loves to cut your service off a week early before it actually due. I would never use again. Do better.
Tip for consumers:Just Don’t service with Boost.I bought 2 galaxy 10e phones from boost mobile and they couldn't even activate them bc of no 5G service for this area. Took 2 months to any money back and they made me pay for shipping to get the money back! Dropped them like the calls on their poor service! I wouldn't recommend boost mobile for anyone else. It costed me $30 in shipping fees but I got the $100 back for the wrong phones they sent me. Just glad to be rid of them and their sorry service!

They disconnected my service went to store in Roxborough Pa where bought phone the girl told me can't help call 611 then called their service reps said oh will be reinstated in 24-72 hr.s and then claimed I owed $58.00 they are the worst carrier and now I have the BBB involved so they can deal with their fly by Night bull$#*! they were down for 2 months awhile back and couldn't access any of my information.I wouldn't ever go back to them again they suck and all their reps are programmed to do is say oh I'm so sorry you are having this problem. That's all they understand to say.Boostmobile is the worst cell service. The sent us an email congradularing us on the upgrade they gave us then they had the nerve to suspend service for the $3 cost of they upgrade we didn't ask for.On Aug. 25,2021, I ordered a phone from Boost Mobile, mistakenly thinking it was a store, rather than a carrier. As soon as I received the confirmation email, asking me to create a phone account, I realized my mistake. I already have a carrier; I only wanted a new phone. I called immediately to cancel the purchase. It is now, Oct. 1. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a refund from them EVER SINCE AUGUST. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
