    Third world management. Unorganized, Incompetent, indifference and low wage mentality customer service by phone. Not one company representative responded to any reviews. The app is a waste. They linked my account to someone else's account and the other account got a free ride for a year prior to discovery. Useless customer service. I never seen so many 1 star reviews. I'd give a double zero if I could.
    Just read the circular. So $99 or 40 gallon maximum whichever comes first? ROFL 40 gallons will always come first and that's $20 savings! You can never get more than $20. That smacks of false advertising! The gas must be purchased the same day but it might take up to 15 minutes for it to show at the pump after I check out? So I'm supposed to block a pump and/or just sit in my car waiting and checking until the discount shows!? I'll take the $5 -$7 hit I might save and save the time and headache!     Slicers are piled high with remnants from previous slicing activities all the time. Today it was so high and multicolored on the cheese slicer I could see it from 10 feet away. Before slicing the cheese I ordered, I asked the deli person helping me if they could clean the machine off because that is clearly tailings from most of the day(1PM). She proceeded to clean the sliced cheese remnants off with her gloved hands and brushed off the pieces onto the floor with her gloved hands. Then proceeded to slice my order with out changing her gloves! I told her that was disgusting and she told me to have a blessed day. Basically FU.She moves onto the next customer. At 1PM, the store is basically empty. To the laziness of the deli attendants, how could you not take the down time to clean the obvious filthy machines? This has been happening over the past 6 months despite complaints to the web site and the store manager with pictures! I included the pictures from 10/2023 where they had food stored un-refrigerated and even the scales were filthy. A written complaint tot he BJs customer service on the web yielded nothing. Just a bot email saying they are sorry for the inconvenience.
    4 aisles of toys at Christmas. Signs taped everywhere saying "buy 1 her one half price" so we picked up 2 kids toy chairs. They rang up full price. Manager walked with me to toys where one of those signs were taped to one of the chairs. His snide response was "its a chair" But it wad a toy chair with the 1/2 off sign taped to it. After 6 weeks of run around with corp customer service and "we cannot make a decision" comments I've ceased my membership Service Value Quality
    I've been a member of BJs forever. But the quality of the employees has gone downhill fast. All these people walking around with red vest have no idea what to do. "It's not my job" is the only thing they know how to say! Well it is your job. You represent BJs. Find a solution! This is not a one off, but terrible customer service! Ex. Rotisserie chicken (main item that draws people in). Sat in the rotisserie oven for over 45 minutes and no one took them out. ( they were already fully cooked). The line and complaints was overwhelming! They don't give a s~~t!
    The customer service for the curb side pick up is awful. Last time, I tried to ask the service member a question and she pretended not to hear and walked away. If you greet them, you will get a hostile look. I wish there were a way to rate the customer service after each pick up. I am going to try to get most of my stuff from Sam's club.     The management needs to take some courses in treating customers. Many times I have returned merchandise in perfect condition with lost receipt, instead of giving credit to my credit card, they give me merchandise credit!     One of the store's supervisor was so rude with me. I was experiencing some difficulties with the self checkout machine and I didn't even call her but she came and acted so rude. She threw my groceries like some toy. If she doesn't want this job no one is forcing her but she didn't had to act so rude. She was a white person and I don't know her name. I like the store very much but employees are not so nice.
    BJs auto renews membership without your permision. Thet do not honor cancellation before the so called renewal date. Watch you credit card the use with them. Service
    Manchester Nh store. 22 Dec 2023. Understanding that the crowds are lining up and snaking through Bj's Disney inspired gas lines, their shopping carts were all in the lot, not at the store's entrance. And after multiple visits over the past few months, it seems to be the new normal to have to bring your own cart in. And the carts all seem to need new wheels. On a good note, they did turn down the blasting volume in the audio section by the entrance. Today, for the first time in months, I did not need to use my ear plugs just to walk by. I dont appreciate the self checkout when items wont scan. So you are left with reality of another long line at the 2 check out registers that have people stationed to help. The store in general seems to be clean enough, but I would like to see a few chairs placed near the checkout for people who find it physically troublesome to have to stand for extended periods of time.
    Recently there was a promotion for a free turkey with spending $150before November 9th. Between November 3-4 we spent $160. They state the $150 had to be same day. Perhaps in very tiny print was this disclaimer but it was not very evident. The customer service agent also claims our gift card purchase did not qualify but we never purchased gift cards. We are staying with Costco and walking away from BJ's.
    I purchased a Samsung 75 inch on the evening of January 31,2024, from BJs.com. I noticed after paying for the tv, that the sales tax did not compute the 7 percent tax rate. I tried cancelling the order but was not able to do so. I called their customer service, and was told that due to the manufacturer coupon, the tv was taxed as the original selling price of $1799.99 vs the sales price $997.99. Okay, I accepted it. However, I checked the same Samsung 75-inch tv at Samsung.com, Amazon Costco.com, and guess what, they did not tax on the full price but rather on the actual sales transaction or price That was strike one. Now on the shipment, the tv was at a warehouse in Jax, Fl on Feb 2,2024. On Feb 3 it was at Atlanta Ga. On Feb 4 in transit to Orlando, FL and it arrived at an Orlando Fl warehouse on Feb 5,2024. The earlier scheduled day for delivery was for Feb 12, so my purchased tv, which was already billed to my credit card, was going to sit in a warehouse for a week. That was strike two. I set-up the Feb 12 delivery date and was told it will be between 10am to 4pm. Come Feb 12, I got a call at 7am, that the delivery was on its way to my home. Less than an hour later, they were knocking at my door. The box was dirty and was damaged. STRIKE THREE. Now Bj's return policy required a return authorization, and return shipment to be paid by the buyer, unless the shipment was damaged. I took it back directly to the BJs store and requested a full refund. I may add, I subsequently purchased the tv from Sam's Club and unlike Bj's, tax was on the sale price and unlike BJs no tax on the extended service contract.
    Be careful if you purchase an item with your BJ's credit card they may treat it as a cash advance on your statement and add on extra fees. Terrible and crook practices.
    I enjoyed the decor and the staff was really helpful. Outside the restrooms they have an option for you to re sanitize your hands after you've opened the door. Although my mom thought her food had a funny taste and my grandma didn't really care for the taste of her food either. My burger was pretty good but nothing to brag about. Overall this place was good and is a great place to have lunch or dinner with family and friends.
    Bjs the store on 172 nw 57 ave the sold me some tires and he said everything was included alignment n high speed balance my car was not driving right so I took it back in the manager said it can come from no alignment I said I thought you guys did do it he said the alignment machine was not working so that something should have been said to me before I rode of with my car but they was hungry for my 815.00 I guess but the manager was so nasty to me in said there's nothing he can do n walked off from me nasty as rude manager they are bad business for not being honest with their customers n letting customers know you all can't do the alignment up front and the only reason I give them one star it's because I had to in order to put this review up

    I went to the Bj's location 300 Route 17 (North Bound) East Rutherford NJ. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Rashawn H. I was looking at the big tv with my boyfriend I was confused on certain things and Rashawn H. Was very courteous pleasant and helpful he explained the difference in the tv's and checked for us to see if the tv we wanted was in stock. Thanks to welcoming and helpful people like Rashawn H.     I will never set foot in a BJ's ever again. When I joined this ridiculous club, I specifically told the woman helping me that I didn't want to auto renew. Fast forward a year. They auto renewed while I was out of the country. After 30 days they sent my 30 day late Membership to collections. Not because I purchased some products and didn't pay for them. But for a membership. This one 30 day late tanked my credit by 70 points. I absolutely hate this company.
    I have never dealt with a more incompetent customer service in my life. I tried for 4 days to renew my card by phone. Each time I was told it would be renewed the following day. I paid the first call. Each day following had different person with no record of transaction. Today is day 5 and still no record of previous calls. Needless to say the last person wanted to refer me to a special department. I told her to forget it and they are the most incompetent people ever in multiple countries it sounded like. Don't ever call them to renew. They have no idea what they are doing. I'm canceling my payment through my credit card company and am done with BJ's. Will stick with Cosco.
    I would write zero stars if I could. They opened a new store near me & I previously had a membership years back. I signed up in person & she charged my card 7 times for 1 membership. I went back 2 times to fix it & they could not. Renewal time I was charged 7 renewals. I contacted them by phone, email & in person. No one helped.     This is BJ's policy on Wellesley Farms products. 100% Money-Back Guarantee! Not True! I purchased their brand of soft drinks and tried to return them. I contacted their customer service via email. They flat-out told me No. I went to the store, and they told me No! So my suggestion to you, if don't buy it, you won't have to return it...sorry you're stuck with it. That's what I was told. So Im making consumers aware. Don't Buy WELLESLEY FARMS brand soft drinks@ BJ's Wholesale. The product is lousy. Im canceling my subscription.
    Like other, after refusing to receive an automatic renewal, I still received one. Like others, it took months of chasing to receive credit for a returned item. I continue to chase to get my $20 reward for my September purchase over $100 in specific Proctor & Gamble items. I have been chasing to receive this reward for almost a month. I have made several calls, was required to fax them the register slip and their full page promotion; Even got an escalation ticket. Today, it took almost half an hour to get past their answering machine that after confirming the requested 5 digit Zip code I entered, told me that I needed to enter a 5 digit code! I also had to wait about 10 minutes to be transferred from the customer service rep that finally answered (they are useless) to speak to a supervisor who checked their system and then walked through their on-line system to find that, after the ticket, I actually did get the $20 credit. Why was finding this on their on-line system so difficult? I give 2 stars because the store prices are good, but their customer service and on-line systems are terrible!     Did online shopping for free pickup in store. Randomly one of the items was shunted to shipping with a shipping cost of more than 50% of the cost of the item. Getting a customer service rep was a nightmare. (Had to call several times). Was asked to get issue rectified at the local BJs club, but was told by that club that they had nothing to do with online orders. In the end, only some of the charges were reversed. I gave up explaining to the customer service rep over and over again that I was overcharged. Will never use the free pickup service again. A very frustrating experience. Tip for consumers:Check your bill twice before completing your order to make sure that items for pickup are not scheduled for shipping because there will be extra costs. Take a photo of online bill since site manipulates changes in bill. Know the price of your items if using coupons to ensure accurate discount. Products used:Facial cleanser. Service Value
