    I had to return three sconces as the finish didn't work for my project. They charged me $208.35 for the sconces, and then credited me only$166.51. When I called customer service, it turns out that they charged restocking fees as well as shipping fees. No where on their site does it say that they charge restocking for smaller orders. Just not happy, this mistake cost me $41.84, and I will never shop on Bellacor again. Tip for consumers:They charge a restocking fee per item.     Ordered an 1100. 00 loveseat in September and still have not received it. Customer service is a joke. Everytime I call I get a scripted response, a form email and no product... 6 shipping delays so far. 2 attempts to cancel order and get a refund are ignored with a sorry for the delay form email... thus is not a company you want to do business with... just horrible Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    I purchased a lighting fixture from them in the past and didn't have any issues but this time the fixture did not match the gold color of my other fixtures so I went to return it.     Ordered items. They never arrived. No one ever sent email to let me know they'd be delayed. I reached out MULTIPLE times. FINALLY, someone told me the item was back ordered. For THREE MONTHS. I should have never been allowed to order an item that would not be available for three months or more. That's crazy. At the very least, the listing should have said "back ordered until…". I asked for a refund. It took them a full three weeks to do so. Three weeks. For something that was entirely their fault. That's ridiculous. Something is not right about this company.     I bought a Hooker lamp table from Bellacor at a good price. Everything went smoothly. Once it arrived, I found that the "distressed finish" was stupid looking. They take a gorgeous finish and then arbitrarily add little holes and scratches. It looks like a Frankenstein scar. Still, since there were only a couple, I decided I could live with it. That is not Bellacor's fault, that is Hooker Furniture's fault for taking something really nice and then "antiquing w/a distressed finish". The company says that is to make it look antique. In other words old and damaged, no thanks, I can do that myself. In any case, after the purchase Bellacor sent an email asking for a review. I made a review and rated the table very highly because it is beautiful, all wood, a large size w/drawer and shelf. In my review, I also mentioned the distressing, my opinion and showed photos. Bellacor refused to post the review because it didn't meet their standards. What standards? The only thing I can figure is you can't put the truth and show evidence. I guess if my positive review hadn't mentioned the distressing and showed photos it would have been OK. This makes me not trust other reviews on the site, or the site itself since they don't want honesty. No more Bellacor for me. Products used:furniture Service Quality
    I ordered 5 items from them, but 1 item was not as described. I followed their return policy instructions on that item and DID not hear from them x 3 weeks. I called and was told that my credit card was credited MINUS $24.00 shipping.! There was no written explanation and they would only offer to see me the fine print on return shipping costs.     I recently purchased two, small, bathroom light fixtures and returned them because they arrived scratched and rusted. I didn't have time to complete their onerous photo upload and documentation process to justify the real reason I wanted to return them, so I indicated that I changed my mind about wanting them. I was charged $30 for return shipping - nearly the half of the total purchase price, which is ridiculous. As other reviewers have mentioned, this policy is not made clear until you process your return, which is infuriating. If this company insists on charging customers to return items, at least let us select the method of shipment to reduce costs; $30 for return shipping is outrageous, particularly since the company ships for free. Tip for consumers:They will deduct a very high, hidden return shipping fee from your refund if you choose to return your item. The product quality is not worth the purchase or the return shipping fee deduction. Products used:None.

    I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered! My light came with missing parts. Now, I am having a difficult time getting the part, because Bellacor has to EMAIL the distributor, instead of handling it themselves. Save yourself the trouble and order from another company!     DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a bed for my daughter in AUGUST. It is now December 23rd. I got the bed yesterday missing a critical piece. WE can't use it. I called customer service, they hung up on me. I called back and was told that a supervisor would call me. THEY DIDN'T. They are absolutely horrible. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, MONEY AND AGGRAVATION AND DO NOT EVER USE THEM.
    Word to the wise, Do Not rate this company before receiving your purchase. I wish it was possible to give a rating of 0, as that's the rating they deserve. I ordered a 4 pc. Sofa table set on 12/8/2019 and they took the full payment immediately. That was the day all contact from them ceased, no updates, emails, nothing. Since they publish a time frame to ship of 4-6 weeks I knew it would take a bit longer. On 1/6/2020 I finally reached out for an update after receiving no product or contact whatsoever since the date of my purchase. At that time I was told it would ship no later than today, 1/20/2020, and since it was a beautiful set I decided to continue to wait. When the new ship date arrived (1/20/20) and I'd still not received any contact I reached out to this company once again. It was at this point that I was told it was still on back order and the new ship date wouldn't be until the end of April. At this point I'd never received one contact initiated by them, they'd had my funds for 2 months and no matter how much I love the set, I finally cancelled and requested a refund. I'd hand the money to someone homeless before allowing it to stay in their pocket. As an owner of a small business myself, I've never had such a horrible experience with another company. In the past I've purchased handmade, heirloom quality furniture without this much trouble. Even worse, if I hadn't gone to the trouble of contacting them, I'd still be clueless about everything. If you see something you like here, go elsewhere to find a responsible vendor. The extra $10.00 to $20.00 you may save is definitely not worth the hassle. And that's if you're fortunate enough to receive your purchase at all.

    Horrible company on returns. They sale inferior products, so beware! Would not return on damaged item and they will not give credit on anything else.     I ordered for the 1st time with Bellacor for light sconces. That weren't what was described so immediately called to get a return label to get them returned. The woman at Bellacor said that I would be responsible for paying return and told me it would be 11.00 for the 4 small boxes. I asked how much I would be refundabled and she refused to tell me. When I eventually saw refund they had changed me 11.00 per box x 4 boxes = 22.00 +. Shocking that this company would bold face lie to a customer. Please never order from this company. Shabby products and deceptive practices.

    Customer service is very poor. The product purchased would not mount to the existing electrical box because the mounting screws were too short. Instead of making the effort to find out what type of screw was needed and then supplying the screw It was suggested that a $50.00 certificate of some type was worth a trip to the hardware store where I could be exposed to Covid. Life is apparently cheap at Bellcor. Bellacor will not accept the product in return because I attempted to install the light. The only way to find out the mounting screws were too short was to install the light. Tried to give someone other than Amazon some money but will have to go back to Amazon because they will stand behind products. Bellacor will not.
    Ordered for the first time in November and was told that this will be delayed. I was suppose to use this for my Bday/Thanksgiving. Customer service states that don't worry as it should arrive by Christmas as there will be more delivery services by the time. Christmas and New Year passed but no deliver. I was told this was to be delivered by March due to the delay in China (China is COVID free since later last year). I was told in April that the crate arrived and expect by May 19,2021. Today is May 20 and there is no delivery. I spoke with Monique, and she allegedly called the warehouse ( should I believe her words?) and I told her that they took my money ahead of time and its 6 months now. She told me to cancel the order (after waiting 6 months) and I requested that the owner email me the reason of the repeated delay. I will see if they will respond.     Beware of Bellacor! I ordered a Crystorama chandelier from Bellacor about 18 months ago. It was $995. I didn't use it much but the lights started sizzling and sparkling about 3 months ago and were popping my breakers. My electrician said the chandelier was defective because it wasn't wired properly. You could see all the light bulbs were burnt out at the base. Bellacor wouldn't do anything for me because they said it was more than a year. They wouldn't even give me a store credit. With tax and bulbs I spent over $1,000 for about a year's use of a chandelier. I would never buy from Bellacor or a Crystorama light again because they don't stand behind their product. Most reputable stores would have worked with me as a customer. Beware - Bellacor and Crystorama will NOT stand behind their sales.     I ordered a bed from Bellacor for a house we were remodeling. When it arrived, the box looked okay so I assumed it was intact. We didn't need it for several months so I left it in the box. I ordered the bed in September and unboxed it a few days ago to discover it was damaged to the point of being unusable. I sent emails and pictures to Bellacor which were ignored. I called this morning and was told there was nothing they could do, that they had a 60 day return policy. I could understand not doing anything if the item was inexpensive, but the bed was over $700. I have lost that money with nothing to show for it. I had even asked if I could get other items to equal the value of the bed, but I'm getting nothing. I was told they couldn't recoup that loss. Well neither can I! Even a partial refund would help, but they are giving me nothing. Tip for consumers:If you order a big ticket item, be sure and check it immediately for damage.     STAY AWAY! I ordered a pendant Friday night. Saturday I realized that it wouldn't work, so I went back online to cancel it. No way to cancel it online. No chat option. No phone option. The ONLY option was e-mail. This was bad as I had ordered an "open box" item, which they consider not returnable. I talked with them Monday to confirm Cancel. They shipped it out Tuesday. Their reason-we didn't know that you wanted to cancel the pendant, even though my email said cancel pendant. Customer Service is a farce. "not their fault that it went out". "you knew it was open box". "we can't afford a chat or phone representative when we are closed". "we don't want to hold up all orders just because you want to cancel yours" etc. PLEASE PURCHASE FROM A CREDIBLE, HONEST COMPANY. BELLAOR IS NEITHER CREDIT OR HONEST.
    Bought a large photo printed on glass. When I opened the box, it looked very different from what was shown online- colors were much darker. Was told my lighting was not right and basically my expectations were unrealistic. Said they would contact their vendor to see if the product was "within acceptable specs". Opened a case with PayPal, who sent them a letter. Suddenly they sent me a return label. I was told I would get a refund within 10 days of product return. That did not happen. Yesterday they reached the end of PayPal's patience, and PayPal refunded my purchase price.
    The price of some items is great. I compared 2 items on the Bellacor site to the Wayfair site and the price difference was $600.00 less than the exact same item at Wayfair! I will be buying some of my furniture at Bellacor
