I wish I read Beckett's reviews before sending anything to them. Any company that doesn't respond to public complaints about their service certainly isn't responding to private complaints. I sent them an autograph to be graded, something went wrong, but not sure what as they refused to get back to me with any answers. It's been six weeks since I started to ask for order status on something I sent in months ago. I now must take them to court or I'm out of the money. Don't make my mistake, read their online reviews, and filter by date. These are not old complaints, protect your investment, by using anyone else. Out of blue Saurav Kaushik contacted me with information and sent it to Dee Braun who worked it and sent it up to Mike Gardner who finally got the order worked. All three of these employees did a good job after August fourth 2022 and with the new CEO in town. I sent another email to Beckett but not sure they received it as there is much more to this story. In closing keep the faith I think Beckett is on a return to good service.Sent in 100 cards on a 30-day economy and was highly satisfied on the return with the box being safely padded with bubble wrap inside styrofoam, inside a cardboard box. That was my biggest worry, but it was great to see the cards after a near 9 month wait in these COVID times. Sure, the pandemic slowed things, but luckily I did this before the price increase. Have had all great experiences with Beckett. Cards look so much better encased by BGS than those skinny ones of PSA. Props to BVG/BGS. I think I'm going to cancel my subscription to the price guide and never send another item to them to be graded or authenticated again. If you're a good customer, they don't care. And I think it's not done on purpose, it's just total incompetence on the part of the company's employees, to the core. So I think I'm going to take my business elsewhere.They don't respond to any form of communication, and you can't call them PSA and SGC MUCH preferred, with better service and less delays in turnaround of graded cards.This has been the worst customer service I have ever had. They sent back (2) graded cards both with the title of Mothers Day. Simple typo mistake. No not with these guys, It's been 3 weeks and they still can't figure it out. Sent front and back scan of card but still nothing. One look at original order as compared to what they sent back and they should be able to figure it out.This company is cooked. Had an account for a while. I always had the autorenew box unchecked. Look at my bank statement and they renewed. Called the same day hours after the charge and an idiot named "Allan" said that it was non refundable. Asked to speak with a manager and said they would call me back in 2 hours. Well "Allan" is a liar much like this company. Save your money and get a more accurate card price by looking at what it sells for on ebaySent in submissions in Sept 2020. Paid for 30 day turnaround. They still have them and won't comply with updates
