    This is not the BCBG it once was. I looked it up and realized the company was sold. I placed an order and even paid for faster shipping for my Birthday weekend, 5 days later, it hasn't even shipped. You can't get a hold of anyone in customer service. Terrible what has happened to a once great company. I suspect they will end up going out of business. No one is paying their prices and receiving service like this. Sad. Another one bites the dust. Who knows when I will receive my items or if I will? Tip for consumers:Don't order from here if it's for anything special. Shipping is horrible and who knows if you will ever get it.     Trying to return a coat that arrived damaged ( belt) and called their call center 10 times@ 573-886- 0407, tried all the prompts. Not a single live rep available. Emailed customer support 3 times, no response. This company is a total scam, went downhill after they sold it and shut down all their physical stores. Do NOT purchase from them. Avoid!     They don't have a system to allow you to pick up at the post office if you're not home so my order got sent back. I thought the package got stolen because it was marked as delivered on the tracking link. ZERO help from bcbg. They didn't even provide a phone number to call the courier. I had to try 4 different numbers. After 1.5 hours on the phone I was informed that it got sent back to them. I'm currently awaiting my refund for $500 bridesmaid dress.     Bought two dresses from them total over $800, never got the dresses or the refund. No one ever answer the phone or email. They sent back like $10 without the explanation and i'm not sure what to do. Stay away from this company.
    Do not purchase from BCBG. First time wearing the dress it fell apart while I was at a wedding. They refused to give me a credit or replacement because it was past the 30 day return policy.     I placed an order with BCBG online. They shipped it to the wrong address and they blamed me for the mistake. My phone automatically puts in the correct address and not even on Google does the address they shipped it to exist. My credit card will not approve an inaccurate zip code. I have no idea where in the world they got the address from- I called, they said it was my mistake and there's nothing they can do about it. That there was no way there shipping dept could've have gotten it wrong. It was a dress for a special occasion and now the dress is unavailable in my size. After reading some of the reviews here, I'm not even sure they'll refund me the cost. I've ordered from BCBG before and I have no intention of ordering from them again. They couldn't even look up the order number and just correct the address and resend my goods. What a backwards way of doing business in 2022! ALL the customer service numbers are outsourced to Mexico and they do not transfer the call to any management or supervisors in the US. I've emailed them twice and still no response. Awful service.     I wish I had paid attention to all the comments prior to making an online order. BCBG has lost another valuable customer forever. When I checked out, I was charged for shipping ($11.61). When I returned the item, BCBG charged me again ($9.95). Essentially, I was refunded less money than I paid. Absolutely ridiculous. I checked with other retailers and they all said that if an item is returned, they return the full amount paid back to the customer. Furthermore, the customer service is horrible, you can't reach anyone on the phone, you have to email someone, and the responses are informal and not professional.     On 12/9/21, placed two orders. Received one item in the first order. BCBG stated the second item was shipped with the first item. Not True. Further investigation determined that the second item was no longer available. Instead of BCBG giving notice that the item was no longer available and failed to issued a full refund until threat of complaint with various complaint boards would be filed. The second order was never shipped although BCBG stated it had been shipped. Fedx verified that BCBG only pulled a tracking number and referred me back to BCBG. I spoke with an alleged BCBG supervisor who refused to issue a refund and instead stated to give it another week. Eventually, I did receive the item and design and quality was as expected, beautiful. Subsequently, I learned from various Internet complaint sites including BBB that my complaint is standard complaint made about BCBG. One complainant stated that she was a long-standing customer of BCBG and since the company was sold, customer service has declined drastically and merchandise ordered only to be not delivered. Though I received the items that were still available online, would I purchase from BCBG online again, NO, and my opinion is also based on other customers' complaints posted on sitejabber and other complaint boards.     I bought a pair of beautiful suede boots from Dillards. I am finding out cheap and faux leather can be used even if its has particles of leather. Low Quality and high prices.     This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've had to contact the BCBG online customer service and their corporate service phone number over and over and over again because NO ONE ever replies, or, they reply with a horrendous copied-and-pasted response that shows they didn't even read the original inquiry. Every time I reach out to them with the problem *they* caused, every reply is telling me their department doesn't handle that and to contact X Other department - so I do - and then that department tells me they don't do that and to contact a completely different one. It's a despicable cycle that has occurred more than ten times - NO ONE is willing to help you. And when you call the corporate customer service number, they tell you the exact same thing, "Oh we don't handle that, you need to contact X." Everyone at this horrible company refuses to do their job. I will never, ever take my business here again and will tell all my friends, family, and online social circles of this disastrous experience. This is why the company will likely go bankrupt a SECOND time. Who the heck is "running" this company and overseeing the HR and customer service staff?     I've been a very loyal customer of BCBG because of the great quality and because of the sales when I can afford to get. Tonight I had a very bad experience with Lisa (shown on my receipt) at St. Johns Town Center, Jacksonville, Florida. There was a messed up on the price tag, long story but since 90% of my closet's clothes are BCBG, I didn't expect the rude response when she repeatedly said: "you want it, yes or no"? Like forcing me to decide right away and made me feel humiliated, instead of making me, as a loyal customer, to make better informed decision and feel-good experiences. The store is closing down, her behavior stopped me from going back. If she "Lisa" goes shopping, does she want to be treated the same way?
    I'm a close client with Bcbgmaxazria for many year. But now I'm quit. I ordered 2 items from this store and one wasn't fits my daughter so I return. After I returned almost 1,5 months I hadn't got my refund. So I called to customers service and the lady asked my tracking number. Unfortunately I couldn't found it so she said nothing can't help in my case! Even though I give my order number and beg her please double check in the warehouse but she said nothing she can helps. So luckily I found my tracking number form USPS and called them again. After 20 minutes waited she told me that my Oder was in the warehouse and she explained because a lot of refund items so it take long time to refund and apologized. And the second I complain are they charge 8$ for shipping and I had to paid $5 for shipping return! The same way but why they charge me $8 while I just paid $5 for shipping to them. Anyway after I called them to complained they refund to me right away but when I checked my account they minuse $ 8 for shipping! Totally I had to paid $13 for nothing thing! Like many client complained this store is a scam! I'm so disappointed! And never shopping this store again. You lose me Bcbgmaxazria.
    Got fired for being black, having amazing client reputation, doing better work than the store manager and the District manager. They don't like to be corrected and if your black doing better work than they can. District manager for bcbg ny distrct Courtney Pepe is very racist to all people of color who works under her. If you are of color or any other ethnic background you have to suck up to her your on her chopping block. She targets all the people of color in management position, retaliates to make sure they gets fired. She talks down to them but when she is reported nothing is done due to her being best friends with the regional manager Ashley, VP manager Jenny and hrs manager Chris lucia. She set you up for failure promises you that everything is noted but denies everything sets it up to fire you. She discriminateso play favoritism to all the people who are white or of light skin and elevate them. If she is visiting store she only conversatever with associates that are white or light skinned. She treats everyone of color like a servant or lesser. On a profession level she lacks that very unprofessional. If she is incorrect and you correct her (mind you she's new to the company) or if you tell her your unable to do a favor for her she retaliates. Stores a critically short staff and she over work manager to do 12 hour shifts with no breaks and won't hire new people if she does its whates in high positions and people of color in a lesser position. If your a manager and your of color and the store is at its best she give the credit to the manager who is lighter ( not of color). Bottom line is she is very unprofessional, racist and have very strong complaints and she still at BCBGmalaria no one in the company will fire her.
    This company is a scam. I requested a slip for my refund (because they have now made it even harder to refund items) I reached out to their support online within the 21 day period- no response. Called to get support, denied my refund because it was after 21 days. Even though I emailed them in time. They told me I had to 'Prove' I sent an email. Conveniently enough, the email listed on their website does not work. I have attached screenshots of what happens when you try to contact them. Additionally screenshot of my email failing when I tried to reach the information they provided. This company is disgusting and a scam. Stay away.
    They are a thief. They do not want you to return anything but by any chance if you decide to return anything they will rip you off. For my engagemnt party, I ordered a jumpsuit for my fiance with 2 days delivery. The two-day delivery changes to 4 days delivery and they told me we need processing time. So do not trust their delivery time. They are just liers and scam. In my return receipt, they charge me another 7$ for "RL Fee Psuit "(which I do not know what is that).
    At first glance the website is fashionable and is worthy my trust. But if to look at it deeper and start communicating and buying here is something that changed my mind so much. I was not that satisfied with it.
    Buyer beware - if you need to return, you're out of luck. No exceptions! I agree with the horrible customer service and return policy of BCBG. The process to check out was flawed and required three attempts. In the last go-round, I ended up with an item in my shopping cart, accidentally. My to my chagrin, BCBG will NOT let me return it. I explained the details, I had my credit card company willing to speak with them, as they had noticed the repeated and failed attempts to process the order - but still NO. As other reviewers mentioned, you have to wait for a supervisor to call you back... and the person I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional, beyond rude and the worst listener imaginable. See ya BCBG... I am happy to spend what I used to spend with you at other retailers! Your end is in sight - service trumps style... especially when there are lots of other options for great style.
    I should of read the reviews, I had ordered a jumpsuit it was to small quickly ordered the next size it came way to big, I returned both over 3 weeks ago still no return, I will be calling my cc company! Rip offs stay awat
    Placed an order on their web., and waiting for a week there is no updates on shipping status. So I emailed customer service and was told that my order has been canceled cause inventory was deleted (sold out?) (I don't even know what does that suppose to mean.) and I browse their web again, try to find dresses for my weekend events, it turns out both dresses I ordered are still available in my size.     I have been a long time customer with BCBG. I recently bought something online and went into a store to return it. You cannot return items bought online to a BCBG store. If you bought online you can only ship it back. This is horrible customer service. I bought online assuming that I would be able to return in the store since they are the same company. Sad to say but they just lost a customer. I will never buy online from them again. All well known reputable stores will allow you to return items to the store. I do not need to shop at a store that does not offer a customer convenience.
