    So we tried the Bark Box. Worst dog toys I have EVER seen. Every single toy is fabric. All plucked and shredded within a couple of hours. No rope toys or real chew toys. Constantly picking the threads our of Cuffs mouth trying to insure he doesn't ingest the threads. Threw the toys away. We feel robbed and cheated. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Never again.     The "im so sorry" emails for the last 3 months have been so annoying, but the "69" one really irritated me. I understand we're all grown but there's a time and place for these explicit things. After responding to the email, I get a response from someone justifying why they thought it was "cool" and "funny" to send something so tacky. Consider a different marketing manager because this is poor and once more, tacky. May work for some people but owning a business isn't and shouldn't be aimed at one crowd.     I've subscribed with this co for 6 months now. I have a golden retriever. 13 mo old. I feel the company is really trying to please their customers. My pup tore all their toys and swallowed some. I texted them and switched over to super chewer. My pup loved all his treats and toys. When my 6m subscription ended the last box came over a month late. And inside the box was a repeated box which we already owned. I texted the company again they immediately sent out replacements. I was satisfied with talking to them. They got back very quickly and made it right. I would recommend the co and products. Just be open and communicate with them.     Subscription is a total rip off - they bait you with a full 1st box and then, subsequent boxes are 33% Less. Some people get full boxes, others don't- any company this unethical might be selling tainted lead treats! Avoid at all costs
    I have been emailing and responding to Bark Box emails stating that I want to cancel my subscription. It is NOT EASY TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. I deleted all my credit card info since I couldn't cancel subscription from "my account" nor the "dashboard". I've been trying for weeks now. I just received another email today that my credit card info needs updated because "my box is packed and ready to ship". It SHOULD be just as easy to cancel as it was to order. I did receive 12 months of boxes and my dog didn't like 90% of treats. She loved the toys but now her toy box is overflowing and I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!     I paid for 6 month subscription of bark box, and the toys were usually good quality. My dog (10 month golden retriever) didn't like any of bark box's treats or chews - I usually got same pumpkin flavor chew. We switched to 3 toys and 0 treats, and she enjoyed the box more, but it's took SIGNIFICANTLY longer to arrive (typically end of the month). Not worth it in my opinion because I could by the same toys for her myself for less expensive. Tip for consumers:Shipping cost is not disclosed upfront, but for me it was $6.99 every month.     This company lures you in w/wonderful promotional items, you never get. Still no box for Feb. GOODBYE Tip for consumers:NEVER RECEIVED the promotional blanket or my February box. Took over an hour to get answers, since you can't talk to a live person, everything is via chat online or email. What a waste of an hour of my time. I cancelled my subscription, but was told they normally don't cancel.     Not worth the money for the toys. Basically the same toys every month and they seem to be getting cheap with production. The treat bags have less in them and some have gotten smaller.     I had a bark box account and everything was great, including customer service whenever i would leave a review that my dog did not like certain toys. One day (after already paying for a box) i was kicked out of my account and contacted customer support to ask if i would still receive that box as i had already paid for it. I created a whole new account but used the same email since my old account had been completely deleted. After talking to someone they said my old account never even existed so no i would not be receiving the box i had already paid for. At this point i wanted to get in contact with someone higher and i received an email a week later that my box was in fact still being shipped and that because of all this confusion my next box would be free. Well next box comes around and i was still charged for it so i contacted them again letting them know it was supposed to be a free box and sent them screenshots of the email and I was refunded. Well now its near the end of the month and my box has not even been shipped out. So yet again i contact them asking why i received a message " We're taking a bit longer than usual to ship your box, we'll make things right if your order doesn't arrive by the end of the month." so i just wanted to know when it would be shipping. The person i talked to said it was guaranteed to be DELIVERED by the 26th. So now its 2 days past the 26th and i still have that same message popping up. So AGAIN I have to contact them to see what is going on. Well this time they tell me basically that my package was never going to be delivered because it was stuck? I asked why i wasn't offered this the week previously and they said replacements didn't come out until today. So they have set out a replacement and I will now be seeing if i actually receive this one. I honestly don't know if i want to continue. My dogs absolutely love the boxes and it makes it easier on me with toys and treats but now its just getting frustrating. Ive also let them know in the monthly reviews at least a few times that my dogs absolutely will not play with the plain rubber toys (unless they are treat dispensers) but that they love the nylon bones and fabric ones and they have not responded or updated that yet. Although my dogs LOVE the different treats they get, i feel like the bags are pretty empty. Of course i dont expect them filled to the tippy top but unless i break the treats into tiny pieces they don't last very long.     I just want to say,my dogs love their toys! It took a few trys before we got it right and realized the best ones for my crew are the super durable nylon toys. My Rottweilers love that they can chew as hard as they want and they don't destroy them. They know when the boxes come because the mailman leaves it on my porch and that's the only time he does. They all let me know when he's here and they get so excited they all line up by the window and watch. Thank you for making Rottweiler and pitbull proof toys. ND those snacks are great too! I wanted to cancel the end of 6 months and it's taking me 4 months and each time calling the credit card and having the reverse charges. So the essentially are sending me free boxes. Stop sending these stupid boxes! And get rid of the bots that have names like serendipity, scout, importance and more.     DON'T GET THIS SERVICE! My dog doesn't play with the toys they send. I get four toys a month and can't cancel the service! I have a load of toys laying around not being used. I can't return them and I can't cancel the service. You are locked in for a year. All this money wasted. My dog wouldn't eat the treats and the powered crap they used to send until I stopped that part of the service. $30-$40 a month for toys and treats that are not being used.     We joined the bark box club for our puppy. The treats sent were not suitable for puppies & when I contacted the Co, I was told I had a 12 mth subscription. She assured me the treats were for puppies, yet the package said different. Choking & digestive issues are not something I want to pay for. They overcharged me (confirmed on other sites) for the free inflatable water hydrant, just to cancel my subscription. Lousy customer service & do not recommend!     It is nice to have the bark box come each month, both for the dog and its owners as I feel like we all sit around to read the theme and analyze the toys and treats. Sometimes the toys are a little redundant and the treats may not always be ones you approve of, but overall the experience is pretty solid. I do wish they had an option where you wouldn't receive toys that squeek. His favorite toy to date is the Bison!
    First off, they take the liberty of making your subscription auto renew. It sure sounds like it's a one and done purchase, but it's not. Second, they done allow any refunds or replacements. They cheerfully tell you to donate it if your pup doesn't like it. Third, I ordered one towards the end of November because I wanted it here by Christmas. I've now received 2 bark boxes within the first 2 weeks of December. I wish I was joking. Fourth, I was polite and respectful with support. They gave me a generic response that didn't help. While I was typing, I received a generic "well it looks like you don't need anymore help, bye" message. They know they are sneaky and I'm sure by the low stars that others have been having issues. Finally, you get 2 toys that maybe cost $5 total and treats that cost maybe $20 today. I usually never leave a review, but I'm out $100 now because they hide behind the disguise of a fun loving doggo company. They will gladly take your money knowing full well that once you receive that 2nd box, they get to keep your money. I'm hoping that this company continues to get trashed.
