Along with that, anytime I needed assistance with a question, from the online chat, to a phone call, or an email, I have gotten excellent customer service every time. That's pretty amazing these days! I just contacted them about an order I placed shortly before I am supposed to go out of town. They changed the address for me and made everything so easy! That might sound small, but it's not. Try doing that with some other companies! I contacted customer service and they told me they would research it and get back to me.
