    Be careful with at&t it is not below to do under handed and shady business practices. They don't care for the time they waste. They take all your information down send out a sim card that can't be activated. Most there agents are rude as hell. Think twice before u try to do business they are crooks.     My bill is $75 a month. I got jobless. You charged me 60% late fee. That's highly toxic and parasitic for a corporate entity. Especially when you're operating most of your customer service out of a Third World country. I'm all for capitalism. But this is lazy useless capital scum.     When trading in a phone make sure to record it. This company loves to charge you for the old phone you traded in then act like they didn't receive it. So then they can charge you the cost of that phone. At&t are scumbags acting like they are a professional business. I have more screenshots than this but it has gone on for days contacting them trying to get is resolved. Even said fine at one point told them if they send me my old phone back I'll pay for it too.     Worst experience ever. Don't use them. Switched from contract to prepaid due to being constantly over charged, lied to and being screwed over. Called to try and get reimbursed for their screw up I got redirected, Transferred and hung up on multiple times. I've never been so angry as I am. Do not use this company unless you have no other choice. They will screw you over every chance they get.
    I would rather go prepaid or back to using a phone booth before getting service with this useless company. All they do is drain your bank account. Their service sucks. Can't even get service in their store and if you try to pay your phone bill good luck you're gonna get charged late fees And reactivation fees because they can't magically find you in their system they tried charging me one month $1200 for a phone line and a phone that was already paid off. They made my account go negative and I had to pay overdraft fees and honestly it's easier to get a tooth pulled than to contact anybody in customer service and all they're gonna do is transfer you to another department so you'll be left chasing your tail tell who knows when. And it's not including all the overdraft fees I had to pay. They did this to me two months in a row.     Well, we are constantly hearing about how "lazy" and "unmotivated" our young people are, I would like to point out what an AMAZING job these young people did on getting Nancy and I a MUCH better cell phone plan. They were polite and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were excited about their product, but not pushy or high pressure, Please like and share this picture so that these fine young people may get the accolades they deserve.     Ordered a SIM card to use with my own phone, it was supposed to arrive overnight, didn't arrive for 6 days. I cancelled the account on the 5th day, before I got the SIM card. They are still sending a bill and threatening to send it to collections if I don't pay. At sign-up, they state that the account is active upon activation of the SIM card. The email is automated so it rejects replies. I called the phone number in the email, was transferred 3 times, there is no account associated with my name or SS#.     We bought a new iPhone from ATT. At the time of the sale their wireless was having issues and the estimated time to backup and restore was over 3 hours. The salesman ran my imei number through the system and looked over my phone. He said 'take the new phone home and finish transferring your files. Bring the old phone back within 1 billing cycle and we'll credit your bill $100. When I bought the phone back in 20 days later they refused to honor the trade-in.     This is one of those companies with shady predatory greedy practices. They asked me if I wanted protection plan for my old phone, I said no thank you, they charged me $40 for it. Even when I said I didn't want it. It took me an hour just to cancel the damn thing that I didn't sign up for in the first place. The problem is they are too big for anyone to do anything about this.     Horrible for as much as we pay always a damn issue can't go a month without an issue. Seriously don't recommend this service if you have an opportunity go to T-Mobile, Boost promise you will thank me later and you will save money and so much trouble or connection issues shortages down power lines ect.
    I am very disappointed in this service. I called to find out why I am not receiving the internet. I reached a representative who could not finish assisting me because his computer crashed.     Happy with the installation service, and the tech who took down my details corrected a whole bunch of problems created by the salesperson at the POS. I'm still having to contact their fraud service (recommended by the tech) and that's been a chore since the number they gave me is either not in service or I get put on hold (nothing but dead air) and I have a very limited cell data plan (NOT AT&T) and can't afford to hang on for 45 minutes for them to get to me.     We were 100% promised $150 cards for each of our 3 phones. We changed our carrier to AT&T. Never received them & been fighting for them for 3 months. Lied to, scammed and duped.     They over charge take your money, my bill suppose to be paying $192 per month for 4 lines. They charge me $336 twice and every month they had extra charges that they don't wave.     I had a business and individual internet service. For bussiness It took total of 4 hours and 3 consultants to get service requested! Then 2 tech visits and I still dont have it. Horrible. For individual I had 100 mbps and was barely getting half of it. I paid $65 a month and then got spectrum 1gb for $50... superior customer service.     They scammed us at Walmart in North Carolina, giving us a $#*! box and scamming us out our money. Then when we needed to call them back, they won't call us back, they said it's a easy installation but we're missing multiple pieces we needed to install the wifi box, no body came over to put up the other box into the wall, nothing. Don't trust them. And we're still going to get billed for it. I'm going right back to spectrum.

    Well... if you pay off a piece of hardware... like a phone,. As I did and then request said phone to be unlocked. Well better have your Presidential letter handy. After 2.5 hours the still will not unlock my personal property. I paid this off, its mine. I get it they own the service, not the phone. I've been a customer for over 15 years, not any longer.     Called their retention dept to try to get a better deal to save money in these pandemic times and representative said they could save me $40 a month. I signed up along with a phone upgrade. Was all happy till I got the email of my new services, instead of $40 less my new monthly bill is going be $40 more! Tried calling to rectify, still on the phone with them for over an hour. Will cancel and switch to Verizon or T-Mobile. ATT doesn't care about their customers. Stay away worst customer service!
    Was on hold on 4 different lines, 2 lines over two hours. Not helpful, knowledge able, and loyalty to the company don't amount to squat. Every month my bill kept going $100 or more increase. My bill the last two months with fees and jiberish scams has been close too $900. Their competitors like exfinity offers 185 channels 3 cable boxes land line and Internet for $170.70 a month.     We were trained to ATT for years, and finally made the move to t-mobile. Their phone reps are terribly trained, the website always seems to have some kind of error, the app is ridiculous to navigate. I can't believe we have them money for so long, especially after finding out people on other carriers were paying half what we were for MORE benefits. My first 24 hours with T Mobile has been a dream. Perfect customer service, great site, AWESOME price.
