Apple hasn't been doing nothing but letting me down for the past few months, I've had my iPhone. They require billing information when you're trying to download a free app that's all I have to say. Constant horrible customer service unresponsive. They're very quick to take your money, but it takes almost a month to get a refund not worth it at all. The price tag is far too high for such a garbage UI. You're basically paying for a scam. I went to BestBuy where is was purchased in 2018 and they were able to print me the invoice INCLUDING the Serial number which matches the box and device I have Proving I own it, however since it's been longer than 3 years were unable to print the actual receipt… They at this point are still refusing to unlock it… My wife and I added up the money we have spent with apple over the last 3 years and it was ridiculous over 26k! That is all gone now, I will NEVER buy another apple product ever again after this experience. This isn't even the first issue I've had with them a few months ago they locked me out of my phone for 3 weeks. Any company that can just lock you out of your device at will is not a company I wish to continue to do business with, especially amid all of the accusations they are using forced labor in certain places around the world… Today marks the day Apple lost 6 customers forever. Aluminium build, narrow bezel, premium design. 2. Quad speaker- sounds great. 3. Unlike mini LED in 12.9 inch ipad pro- display pretty decent with liquid retina lcd 600 nits brightness supports HDR content. 4. Single port- now supports thunderbolt, fast charging. With good quality usb type c hub you can do multitasking. Mirror screen to external display with type c to hdmi cable. 5. New apple M1 chip with 8 gb ram gives high performance with great power efficiency. Battery last 1 days with moderate to heavy usage. 6. Front facing camera now support wide view with center stage feature. 7.11 inch is a sweet spot because of its portability, Reading ebooks. While 12.9 inch is less portable but gives pleasant experience with content viewing. Cons 1. Although Ipad has very strong hardware but its crippled by limited software functionality of ipados.
