Customer service was helpful at first and gave me the necessary information for the return. I promptly sent the return in the 1st week of January via UPS. After many months of emails back and forth stating they did not receive the cartridges I finally received an email on June 1st, confirming they received the ink and that I would receive a refund of $15.13. Today I called to re-order the correct cartridges. I was then told the refund amount was configured incorrectly. It $3.00 and change less than I was quoted. I decided to go ahead and place my order to receive the refund. As I was completing the order the Customer service rep told me that there would be a $5.99 shipping fee. I kindly asked to have the fee waived in good faith as it has taken 6 months to get this resolved. CS rep conferred with Supervisor and but they were unwilling to do so.
