    Ordered contacts paid for overnight shipping took two days to get.They said they had to confirm with doctor.Uploaded my prescription to them still had to confirm which was fine but still sent me wrong lenses for one eye. Turns out they never confirmed anything and sent me them anyway which were wrong and didn't match my prescription i sent them.Two weeks later still couldn't get the replacements for my one eye. Ten emails and calls later still working on it no contacts sent to me yet.Finally said enough is enough and sent the years worth of lenses back.Would never do any business with them again.     You can pay 20$ for a perscription on the site, however after you pay and finish the test all it says is "test complete" and no update about when your perscription is going to be verified by a doctor, or even if they will send an email update. FINALLY 1 day later I got an email from them verifying perscription, clicked on link that says "order now with your renewed perscription" or whatever and it doesnt automatically even enter your $#*!ing perscription into the checkout and there nowhere to upload it. So THEN you have to wait for another email saying we cant ship your order because you need to upload perscription - now this link is broken on mobile.     I am sorry to say that I am shop with 1-800 contacts. They have always been cooperative with excellent customer service. To offer a gift card after you make a large purchase was wonderful,But now they are not taking any responsibility because the gift cards DO NOT WORK! They only refer you to a website or an 800 number to call -which neither you offer a live person!     If you use insurance they take away your 25% discount for being a new customer as well as any rebates you're supposed to get from the lens company. And they even raise the price of your lenses! So many great incentives to buy from this company, not! I don't know who is running into the place these days but they're running it right into the ground I'm never going to buy anything again.     I scanned my contact case and it uploaded my prescription but they still wanted it verified so I sent them an email of my prescription and they wouldn't except it, then they wanted my doctors name and number to verify. I don't understand why they wouldn't just sell me the ones I wanted, they're incredibly difficult to deal with and I will make sure I go out of my way to tell people not to use them.     First ovall their price doesnt match competition as they said. You can get better price at Clearly.ca And watch out if you buy from Canada they dont convert their pricing so for exemple my bill was 175 but after conversion it was 246! Great surprise tho. It's like we are in 2007 and they dont adjust the pricing from your localisation (USD--> CAD). In a competitive market such as contact lenses it is really surprising that they deliver so a poor experience.

    I placed an order and was promised a refund in 60 to 90 days. I have contacted them several time and now had to report the rebate lost. Basically I'm not getting a rebate.     Purchased contacts and my order came to $385.14. I checked my CC statement the next day and the $385.14 charge was there... along with another, mysterious $392.33 charge. Customer service reps say they "can't see the charge" and "it'll probably drop off in 3 to 10 business days." They can't explain what the charge is, why I was charged nearly $400 extra, and they say they cannot do anything about it.     Due to certain financial setbacks as a result of the pandemic, I held off on ordering contacts because of the expense. I had already purchased glasses through my local optometrist, but waited to get contacts since they're purely cosmetic. I just got back on my feet again after nearly a year out of work, and decided with summer coming up that I'd like to be able to wear sunglasses, again. So, I verified my prescription was still valid for a few more months, and attempted to order contracts not once, but TWICE from this site. Both times they rejected my prescription as invalid after making two lengthy calls to my eye care provider, who could not tell me why my prescription was invalid and that no one had contacted them as claimed in their email. Total bllcrap and a waste of time! Had I known I was locked into purchasing exclusively from my optometrist, then I'd have saved myself the effort of researching what reputable online source!     After days of no update, I deci6to send them a follow up email, turns out they are out of stock of the contacts I order and pushed my orders' ETA to few weeks than what they said after I ordered. Disappointing that I have to follow up to give an update. Most online places will give you an update automatically and be apologetic about it. Reason why I'm giving them 2 stars is because at least somebody responded to me.
    They are decent to use and pretty consistent. I have never had too many issues with them. They have been late a few times.
    I was kind of worried about ordering contacts online. But I was surprised it was great. Got got just what I ordered. Did not have to leave home and drive to the store wait in line. So quick and easy I will be ordering my contact from them from now on. It did cost.22 more but with the price of gas a big savings
    I complained about the price they had on the invoice was in US currency but 1800 Contacts hides that. I paid over $50 more just for the exchange. They sent me an RMA to return the contacts but that RMA was not valid when I when to UPS. After that 1800 Contacts told me to make my own shipping label, pay for the shipping and they would reimburse me. With the running around they expected and the time I already wasted and will waste with 1800 Contacts I kept the contacts. Plus. If I sent the contacts back I do not trust 1800 Contacts to reimburse me for the shipping or to give me a refund. The $50 I overpaid is cheaper than losing the contacts, my money and time.     I had been ordering contacts for a while from them. The prescription on file, after going through their digital eye exam process, isn't even for the same contacts I've been wearing. Now I can't even use the prescription. To make matters worse, the contacts I need won't be in stock for 8 weeks. I have a useless prescription that I can't take elsewhere, and no contacts for 8 weeks. Terrible.     I paid extra $20 for express shipping and doesn't get here the next business day. I had bad luck with the weekend as well, which ended up being a 4 day wait. It's so upsetting. Talked to customer support and she was absolutely rude and kept trying to tell me that it takes 24hrs for prescriptions to be confirmed.     1-800 Contacts was easy to use and easy to order from…BUT when I had trouble getting my package from UPS and I was returned to sender I decided to just cancel my order and go with LASIK (I've been toying with it anyway). When I called to cancel my order the customer service representative was initially nice but when I said I wanted to cancel my order he responded with "Oh I can't do that but I can send out some replacements for you today." When I said I don't want replacements because I never received the first ones. I want to cancel my order he said he would try to do that and put me on hold. When he came back on the line he said he spoke with a manager and the refund wound be on my card in 3-5 days and then hung up on me. I messed up two different times when I ordered and they were able to fix everything over chat and were SO helpful. Truly a great experience (and I work in Customer Service myself so I know)!     If I could give a 0 star review I would. This company has been an absolute pain to work with and I wish I never bought from them and could've avoided this hassle. Normally a company will automatically issue you a refund once their receive the product your returned. Well not this company. I literally had to email them and ask what was going on with my refund because it had been a month and the tracking shows it was delivered to them. They emailed me back saying they received my package 3 weeks ago, and that they would start the refund process now. First off why did no one contact me about it being received? Second off I shouldn't have had to get in touch with them to get a refund, it should have automatically happened. Here I am almost two months later still waiting for a refund from them. And contacts ain't cheap. On top of all that they said they only received on of my boxes back? Even though I was sent the wrong prescription and couldn't even use the contacts. So why would I have kept one of the boxes for myself if I couldn't even use it like what? Makes no sense.
    I ordered my contacts with the $20 next business day delivery. The contacts came in 3 days and came in good shape, with a receipt and an extra contact lenses case. I would buy from here again. Also had very nice representatives.
    I ordered contacts for my daughter. I accidentally entered her old prescription. The prescription I entered had expired over a year ago. She received the contacts and noticed the prescription was wrong when she wore them. Thankfully they are supposed to refund me for the rest of the box. I am out $30 for contacts that were opened and shipping. Customer service said they were not required to verify the prescription with her eye doctor. So I guess they don't really care about eye care as they promote and you can order contacts even if you don't have a prescription. I also got an email a week later saying they were still trying to verify her prescription and encouraged her to take their exam. I acknowledge I should have paid closer attention to the prescription date, but I thought it would all be verified with her eye doctor. Service Returns
