    Could have purchased a phone from any company. Chose to speak to a rep because I wanted certain and definite features. I was sent a phone that does not match my request. This lousy company would not pay the return for their mistake and got away with it. My bank just qualified the purchase. Corporate America makes a fool of hard working consumers every minute of every day. This is not right. This undeserving company should have paid to the return the inadequate product. This was due to an underqualified worker. Everybody is getting paid except me. Now I'm stuck with a garbage phone with little features which is completely deficient for my purposes. This company does not deserve to be in business. Just like most, they are not upstanding or they would have paid to return their crummy phone. Utterly disgusted. Another company rips off another consumer. What else is new? Shame on my bank. One more strike and they'll be gone as well.
    I would never order anything from this company. I ordered a phone and they shipped me the wrong item. When I returned the item, they charged me a restocking fee. I called to complain and they removed the restocking fee but refused to reimburse for the return shipping charges which were almost $10. I understand that policy if I made the mistake or didn't like the item but when the company makes the mistake, they should cover expenses to return it. Beware!
    Bought an item from this company on a compatibility list they had on a headset for my phone. But as it turned out they're list was wrong and was NOT compatible so I had to return it. Now it seems the cost of returning this item is at MY expense as they only offer free shipping on exchanged items not returns. No compromise either. Flat out refused any reimbursement! TERRIBLE customer relations. Stay clear!
    101 Phones has a great selection of phones, but you might not get what you expect! I requested a specific ClearSounds phone and was told it was available, but to my surprise I was delivered a different phone which I couldn't use. I bought the one I wanted elsewhere and returned the incorrect phone, only to find out that a replacement was shipped which was not requested. I assume there is high pressure on the sales reps to make a sale once they have you on the line!
    I bought a caller ID unit from them... $40.00 After a few months, it broke. Sent the unit back, got a replacement; free. Now it is broken. Two (2) identical caller ID units failed in LESS THAN 10 months of use! GARBAGE! Don't waste your time and/or money on this company's products.
    Just received our new $1500 phone and the box was previously opened and the phone was not wrapped inside. There were also packing peanuts inside the Panasonic box which I'm sure Panasonic would never do. I called. They apologized, and now they are requiring that I send the phone back on my dime. Then I see all of these posts and realize they are going to also charge me 10% restocking fee. I will tell you what goes on. This surely smells of scam.
    We have dealt with this company for years up until we have put 3 orders in and they kept cancelling it. They will never call you back. Called 8 times and they never called back. Do yourself favor and not be stressed out by this company - go somewhere else. We have had nothing but stress in trying to place our order. Go someplace else.
    These people completely fabricate reality to their benefit. The site represents new products but they ship used products which is why their prices seem so good. The ability to return something is entirely at your expense and there is no guarantee that what they ship as a replacement is even remotely similar to what you ordered. I would stay clear of this site if you want what you order to be what you are shipped.
    I ordered a new caller ID unit, and received a used one with no packaging, wrapped in brown paper in the shipping box, with a badly scratched screen and the menu did not function. I returned the defective item and they charged a restocking fee. The return form clearly stated that restocking fees did not apply to defective items, but they charged it anyway. I wrote them about it and they did not respond.
    Beware! Very dissatisfied. They only give 30 days and it took almost 2 of those 4 weeks to get the phone and now I am stuck dealing with another company in another country in order to try to get my money back! Tip for consumers:Don't use this company. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    I ordered a caller ID box. It totally did not work. It was shipped in an inside-out UPS mailer. They say return in original package which is not possible. I have disputed the charge and now will have to purchase something to send it back. Overseas customer service is terrible.
    The phone I bought malfunctioned within a week. It cost me more to return the stupid thing than what I was refunded. I wish I would have done a check on this scam company before my purchase!
    Don't get taken advantage of. I ordered a replacement battery for my cell phone. It was $17. THEN I found (why didn't I check FIRST? I don't know) the battery on amazon for less than $4. I immediately called to cancel. I was on hold for 37 minutes!. No answer. The recording said my wait time would be 7 minutes. The phone tree asked if I wanted to leave a message to receive a call back so I did--twice. Never received a call back. I did this twice with two different phone numbers. I also sent an email to cancel my order. The only response was to receive another email that said my item had shipped. The moral is do your research.
    Ordered an item on ebay. They used another company to fill it. The other company sent the wrong item despite having the right item on the packing slip. By the time I discovered the mistake it was past 30 days and they are refusing to make it right on that basis
    First purchase here made me crazy! The inferior quality left me with no other option but return and refund. But my continued debate has gone unresolved.
    This is a horrible company. I ordered phones and found they did not have a feature I wanted so returned them for an exchange. The phones that were sent were the exact ones I received the first time. I again returned them for an exchange and spoke to a "customer service" rep who indicated I would receive a small credit for the postage since they sent the wrong phones. When they received the phones they credited my account rather than exchanging the phones. I gave up on getting any phones and called the rep to get the postage credit and was told they would not do that because it was a credit rather than an exchange. I would recommend that you avoid buying anything from this company.
    Do not order refurbished phones from 101phones.com! Their return policy does not allow refunds. I got an extra handset for my system and it doesn't work. They want me to pay to send it back so they can look at it and decide if they will send a replacement. Don; t be fooled by buySAFE. It only guarantees their shabby return policy, not satisfaction with the product.
    Absolutely one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. They are inept, unprofessional scam artists. We had to return an item twice because it was the wrong product. After waiting over two months for our item (which they kept lying about being shipped), we had enough and requested a total refund. Surprise, surprise... they slammed us with their processing fee for trying to get our money back. Seriously, don't even waste your time with these scumbags--they're out to take your money. Their prices are cheap, but they're cheap to lure customers in so they can ship them the wrong items and jerk them around to collect shipping/processing charges from them. NEVER AGAIN.
    They sent us an old phone instead of the new one we ordered, and wouldn't pay for shipping to fix their mistake! They also charged us a 10% restocking fee, even though they said they would waive that fee. Very unhappy with the service.
    I ordered a jabra bt3030 from them last week. I received it and once opening the package i realized the unit felt cheap. I later realized the unit was actually a knockoff! What a nice surprise... i called customer service and told them all of the differences between the genuine product and theirs. I made sure i was polite and even went as far as to tell them i don't blame them for anything because it's not the customer service departments fault. She (the "supervisor") decided to respond by getting VERY annoyed, cutting me off every time i tried to speak, and hanging up on me after i finally asked her why she was being so rude (and i was still not sounding angry at this point). Now i'll probably get stuck paying for the shipping back to NY. I will try and call back tomorrow about the restocking fee (10%). Had enough annoyances for one day at this point.
    Do not purchase from this company... no matter how great you think the price is. I ordered a 3 handset AT&T cordless phone. The shipment came quickly, but one handset refused to turn on, after being charged for the 15hr recommended time, the second handset refused to register. Only the main handset that plugged into the jack worked. I sent it back three days later for an exchange. Two days after they received the phone, they issued a partial credit to my PayPal account, instead of the exchange. I called them immediately only to be disconnected the first time, after being on hold for ten minutes. Before I was hung up on, I was told the credit couldnt be reversed, so the balance of the original payment that was withheld because of their restocking fee rules would have to be chrarged via credit card or PayPal. After being disconnected, I called again, and waited for ten minutes, I then spoke with a gentleman who said the credit would be reversed and a new phone would be sent. I was then satisfied. I then came home to a message on my answering machine telling me that because I used a PayPal account I must call back with additional info before the exchange can be processed. I called back for a third time waiting again for ten minutes, only for another customer callwho was screaming at the top of his lungs call be transferred to me while on hold. I had to hang up and make a fourth phone call. This time the wait was only 20 min. I then was told to use a credit card over the phone for the reamaining amount of the phone, since a partial credit was given, or reorder the phone online paying the full amount, then call back with the new and old order number so I can be refunded for the full amount again... I think I will just leave it only and eat the 21.09 they kept... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE... if you do and have problem. Don't bother asking for a manager, they will not get back to you I
    They are a rip off. I ordered cordless phones that were to be new. When they arrived the box was tattered, torn and part of the phone set was missing, the cords were in knots and there was food on one handset. Yet they said I was wrong. The phones were new, They had just been checked to make sure they worked. When I found the return slip from the last owner with the reason for return they admitted they were used. But I had to really talk to be able to return them. They would not even change the price to the used phone price. So not only was I ripped off, I have to pat to return them and will not be reimbursed. So I get to pay to be ripped off. And I found out that another site I had a similar experience with in September is the same place. They just operate under 2 names but both are rip offs. The other site is factoryoutletstore.com. I would suggest you do not buy from them as you will be ripped off.
    I ordered 3 phones and they sent me the wrong phone. I called the the customer service person just kept telling me that if I ordered again they would just sent me the same D613HS and not the D603 Clarity. She said they were the same phone. I had spoken with Clarity and they told me they were not the same. I kept telling the SUPERVISOR they were not the same phone according to Clarity because the 603 could be plugged into a phone outlet and the 613HS was just a expanded handset without a plugin to the phone outlet only a plug into the electrical outlet. She said I could send it back on my own dime but I would just get the D613HS and not the D603. I then gave her the product number of the D603 on their site and she said I still had to mail in on my own dime even though they made the mistake. She was a Supervisor who wouldn't let me talk to anyone else. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY BUT IF YOU DON'T THEY WON'T HELP YOU! NEVER DEALT WITH ANYONE LIKE THEM! I ORDER EVERYTHING ONLINE. IT DID COME VERY QUICKLY BUT IT WAS THE WRONG PHONE.

    I had no problem finding what I was looking for on the web site. I had no problems ordering too. It was however not what my husband wanted. I have had to request a return for one of my items. I got a response within an hour. They had the lowest price for the item my husband was looking for and we got it quick too. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
